Ok first CLark looked really sunburned,,,and then when he got out of the explosion, he looked directly at the sun,, this was our first glimpse of knowing that he gets energy from the sun! I thought that was cool.

It was rather neat how they showed him laid out in SR fashion, soaking up the sun to regenerate his powers after being exposed for so long to KRock.

yea that was great! i yelled at the tv..YELLOW SUN BABY!!!
its so awesome that we all can relate to just watchin him there and his body reacting and us fans knowing exactly wat is happening..
