So, once Lana so cleverly backed Lionel into a corner, did Lionel tell Lana what he knows about Clark?

No - because she didn't know about Kryptonite. She thought Clark was invincible until Chloe told her otherwise.

I doubt he told her anything. At least anything of significance. Nobody but him knows what he's up to with the Kryptonian symbols. She has no knowledge of that. I don't know if what he told her was a lie. My guess is that he is after alien power that will trump whatever Lex is up to and wants her as a distraction to him until he (Lionel) is completely ready.

when lana actually leverages martha's name, lionel says "wow".
honestly.
i don't remember lionel ever saying and using it truthfully the word wow as being impressed by anyone ever.
it was a great moment.

I also think that Lionel never will risk the friendship/relationship or what ever they have with Martha! Lana had must said these words to Lionel at her wedding day as Lionel told Lana that he will kill Clark if she would not marrie Lex!!! Lionel love Martha too much and I do not think that he lied to Lana. I think he told her the truth!

I think he told her a half-truth, not everything he knows about Clark Kent. If he did, Lana would have known of his vulnerability to Kryptonite. Although she didn't know GreenK was in those tunnels, she didn't know he had weaknesses either. So I presume whatever Lionel told her about Clark, it's obviously not the whole story.

She may have gotten the whole story about Lex though.

I dont think Lionel told her very much, because i think he still wants to have leverage over her just like he must have leverage over everybody.
