Linderman needs micha for some reason his power and i have no idea y. maybe because of the tracking system maybe he saw a prophetic painting telling him about the three of them trying to take it out. he did say there were "painter s" think of ways that micha could be useful to linderman

WTF! OMG! ICBIDTOT (I Can't Believe I Didn't Think Of That) It makes sense that Linderman would have actually prepared for the rebirth that he is planning before he found out about the exploding man from Isaac's painting, and is just using that as misdirection. He may even have persuaded President Nathan to lie about the the explosion by making him think that Peter was the bomb.

peter is obviously the one the went off if he thought he was in the future.

I think Linderman needs Micah to fix the election to make sure Nathan wins since he is now behind in the polls. This is how/why Micah is in NY the day Peter explodes.

Fixing the election would be my vote as well. Talking to, and manipulating, things like voting machines and computers is what Micah does.

And Linderman did say "do you think I'd leave something like that to chance?"
