I suspect Hana would get knock on the ground!
or holding her head in pain!

dont think so but the emp cna be used to stop the voting for the election and whatever linderman is planning to do with micah

Actually if their powers work on some kind of electrical plain then I could see that. Kind've like how Clark took out Mzypltk(?).

I don't think the EMP would take out Hana. She is still a human, not an electircal appliance. lol I dunno though, it's Heroes. They could do anything.
