Ellen Greene guest stars as Sylar's mother, you might remember her from Little Shop of Horrors back in '86, Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult 1994 and Wagons East in 1994.

No his father is Hiro Nakamura after he travelsback in time he has a one night stand with Sylar's mom, and because of the time travel thing, Sylars mom tells Sylar that his dad was a watchmaker.


Of course this is a joking post, but wouldn't that be interesting.

Originally I thought Hiro was Takezi Kenso or whoever it was that he was told stories about in his youth, but I don't think so anymore, but he may be the one that leaves the sword for Kenso in the snow when Kenso finds it, and if this is the case then it could be a magical sword with no beginning and no end. Like hiro left the sword in the snow for kenso then Kenso finds it and uses it. It eventually is owned by Linderman and Hiro steals it from Linderman only to eventually go back in time to leave it for Kenso. Its a circle and the sword has no beginning.
