That was my first thought when he said that, it seems almost everything revolves around that building.

That would definetly beef up the theory that Simone and her father are definetly not done with this series yet. It's almost like the helix symbol that pops up every episode, it's all central. But where would it be hidden in that building, do you think?

It's possible that Mr. Devereaux actually reveals the location of the power source himself...it's been said that he's making some kind of appearance in the finale, and that he has more of a connection to everything than we previously thought. Is it so much of a stretch to say that he was at least peripherally involved with the Company?

He had to completely be involved to have owned the building where according to history was the main meeting place. Everyone who looks at the roof knows exactly where it is. Then he just dies one day with out any of us seeing a dead body. Maybe origionally in Lindermans plan, was a plan for him; so he went and healed him, so that would explain how he is better.

plus, both him and simone are supposed to return for the finale. my theory: a flashback of bennets to a meeting he had there with deveaux, and maybe meeting simone on his way in or her way out.

Maybe Deveaux's power is the ability to generate electicity or be a power source himself, so he is the power source they need to destroy like maybe he can track nuclear isotopes with his mind or something.

Good theory, my theory on how they could bring Simone back would be maybe she has the power of phoenix and after she was cremated she comes back. Like the bird in Harry Potter. I know its a stretch, but its all I got!

I like that idea too. I don't think Simone & her father could be THAT disposable. It was just too simple.
I believe that Mr. Deveaux/ Simone/ The Deveaux Building will STILL play an integral part in the overall plan. :)

I am not so sure about the power of the pheonix thing. Maybe more likely that Linderman could be behind her return. Since he is obviously controlling some aspect of the "Company" when Candice showed up with HRG, the clean up crew could've delivered Simones' "mostly dead" body to Linderman for healing and recovery.
I agree that it is more than likely that the tracking system and its' power source are somehow connected to or housed by the Deveaux building
