I think he's becoming more like his father, that scene mirrored various scenes in Season 3 between Lional & Chloe, the hospital scene from Truth comes to mind. But yes a kick would of done wonders;)

i think he is worse than his father, he is definitely more pathetic and desperate for power and stuff

Yeah he's been pretty much a mixed bag this season the scene in Promise when Lional slapped him, he was acting pretty pathetic and now he's all evil.

I liked the scene when they showed Lex switching the radio to classical music. I mean, that's a PERFECT scene in describing who he has become

I was glad he did. This is what Lex is supposed to be like.

Nope. I was totally and absolutely cheering him on. :D

That's what Lex Luthor is supposed to do, threatening people with stuff that would make prison seem like picnics.

Yes, Lex is supposed to mess up people's lives, and we're supposed to make dart boards and Wham-its with his picture superglued to both!

well for one thing he faked lanas pregnancy just so he could make sure that he would marry him.

Yeah...basically Lex was saying Kill the story or be killed. I was wondering if this was another little hint that the show gives us. Clark is going to have his hands full with Lex.

i have wanted to beat the crap out of lex ever since he admitted to clark , his interest in lana is first to steal her from clark.
in the early episodes where lex treated clark like a little brother, i actually liked lex.
(please don't out me).

:Out what? I like Lex in Seasons 1-...4 I think? He was still decent during part of the season at least, and like Lex told Clark in Season 5, he didn't take Lana away from him. They had already broken up... at Clarks word! So I can't blame Lex for taking Lana, especially if he already had feelings for her from the get-go...at least not for taking her away from Clark.

You conveniently forget that the catalyst for Clana's breakup was Simone, the woman who Lex blackmailed into hypnotizing Clark to begin with. Plus, Lex lied about Lana's pregnancy just so she would marry him (both the doctor and Lionel knew this).

Lex has been evil for some time...I think the first time I really saw it was in "Blank" when he took advantage of Clark while he had lost his memory.

Yes, Lex was definitely going downhill, but Clark was the one who broke up. Lana didn't blame him for his coerced fling with Simone after she found out Clark had been hypnotized. My understanding was that Lex was trying to take Kryptonian Top Secret information, not Lana.

I thought that may have been Lex's best scene so far on the show. He had the total act and style of Lionel from S1 and S2. The smart a$$ smirk and comment (like the old Lionel) and then the bomb drops on Chloe. Without even really saying what would happen. Like father like son.

Oh shoot, I'll have to review Seasons 1 and 2 and compare. I would just not pick that kind of thing up! Better buy the DVD's first. :p

Me!
I felt like knocking him out, and was glad when Clark so firmly stated that Lex was now in sights for what Lex did to Chloe.

While I think a steel-toed kick to the prostate may be uncalled for, Lex was very good in that scene.

Well, he at least needs a good knock upside the head.

It was a great part but he shouldnt have threaten chloe. And Chloe was not going to back down from lex. She is bold and tough. I mean she aint scared of no luthors because she helped bring lionel down.

:rotfl: I could just see it: "Come on Chloe, kick his butt! Knock him upside the head! Shove his face through a window..."
