I pretty sure I figured out what her meteor power is. When her mom told her to use any means to get free she instantly pulled out some crazy moves. I mean this girl got her a** whooped by Lana and Lois. Not to mention she had precision aiming with a gun she never held before(it was going straight to Lex's head!).

Chloe's been amazing throughout the series whether it be reporter, hacker, ninja, etc. Now this would explain all that.
