OK, I thought I remind everyone of Deputy Morales from 'Subterranean'..... I mean, today police investigated Lex's abandoned car, no? How come they didn't bring back the deputy? So, they simply introduced him as an alibi in the illegal immigrant storyline? That's sad, IMO. He seemed like a cool character....

lol subtarranean was just a bad filler so they aren't gonna use anything from it I guess. Besides maybe he was there but the cops were soo dumb they never even bothered Chloe/Clark and let them just freely snoop around a crime scene lol.
