Lex's threat

So i was just wondering...when lex said a place worse than prison...did he mean a 33.1 facility..or he would kill Chloe?

at first i thought he meant a 33.1 facility because he knows that chloe is meteor infected..and of course being experimented on would be worse than prison...but killing her???? c'mon lex don't you know clark AND lana would come for you...

but then chloe said, "kill or be killed"..but that was just an expression right, because chloe wouldn't kill lex she just wants to bring him down...does chloe think lex would kill her? i am a little confused,...i guess i didn't take lex's threat as serious as murder...what do y'all think?

guys, i am so curious if lionel knows about chloe's power---i want to see his reaction...i like any chloe/luthors interaction

ohh, ok...i think you are right...i mean....i know lex is evil...but they are building on his evilness...i don't know if he is evil enough to kill chloe yet...(he better not ever do this!) but i think he relishes the thought of torturing chloe---because she is determined to bring him down--

Chloe has the evidence now it's just matter of time... she want to try to get more and steal the evidence he has on her out of his reach, but honestly I thinK Chloe want her friends and family safe from Lex.. (thus the Lana away from him) Line so when the article goes out and Lex falls... the only person he brings down with him is Chloe (Remember, Lionel brought down with him, Chloe, Her Dad, and Lex) or so he tired... but still he tried.

Well I wouldn't say that jus yet,it could very well be lana espcially if chlark r sayin lex would feed her to the lions.So imo chloe was more concern wit lana's safety than hers,jus as clark was concern wit chloe's at first(Chloe had to remind him she's fine wit him around,but lana is diff).So I wouldn't say tonight showed us that chloe will die in the finale,I think tptb tried to leave it open for us to assume.Yet setup that either girl could go,but I'm still stickin wit lana dyin jus that now after hearin chlark agree to get lana away from lex first..I think they maybe in on a planned death for lana jus to bring lex down

Well, away from hime could easily mean out of his house. If Lana is with Clark and assuming Clark finds everything out, she will be IMO. Then Lana would be with Clark, living with him and thus making Chloe more of an easy target.

Lex's future dream is coming true more than ever! Remember the book Chloe wrote a few years in the future? Lex helped her get evidence against Lionel. Yet somehow Lionel was not in jail. You'd think there would be a trial, or that Lionel would have killed Chloe. But now its Chloe bringing down Lex. I miss S3 with Chloe and Lex working together. Oh well.

IMO, it was open-ended. Yes, Chloe said, "Kill or be killed."

But, Clark also said Lex would feed Lana to the lions to spite him.

If it's not a setup like how they did for JK's death (showing a reason each week as to whom might die). Then were slowly creeping towards the top of the rollercoaster. When once over that hill it can't be stopped. Seems like the Lex she's messing with now is nowhere the same Lex as a couple seasons ago. The reasoning and remorse is gone. Much like Chloe if she keeps this up with Lex

so far I haven't read any rumours in this post, unless speculation is now against the rules which would make this whole forum against the rules for thinking.

Anyways on topic, I think Lex has been evil all along since the day he was created in a lab to be the next terminator lol jk. I don't know why Clark hasn't just rid the world of evil Lex, he had his chance when Chloe shot that gas missle at him. I love Smallville's Lex compared to the movies because he is so damn evil and not a bumbling fool with idiots for hence men.

yeah...i could see this too...i mean, who wouldn't be spooked about this?? and chloe is freaked out about being meteor infected..and lex saw her terror when she was in the video...i wish that they would have shown lex when he found out chloe was meteor infected...i would have liked to have seen his reaction..

I know right! I was so ticked off when Chloe did stand up more to Lex! She could put him away with so much stuff, and all Lex had to offer was some samples. Lex can do better than that, and I know Chloe can.

i think maybe because she had a fear that maybe the threat was something to do with her mother she backed down a bit.

Lex is starting to get annoyed with chloeth, it was desperate to threaten her with something quite crap really. But he just wants her out the way.

"Kill or be killed" refers to "Kill the story or take the consequences."

There is a similar story arc in the comics, in which Lois gets Lex to sell the Planet to Perry White for the pledge that sometime in the future she would kill a story, at Luthor's choosing.

But now 33.1 is confirmed. Lex knows Chloe has seen it. He doesn't know Clark has been inside. That will come back to bite him.

That's what I was thinking, I don't think Lex meant either he kills Chloe or she kills him. I think he's basically saying if you tell my secrets, I'll tell yours.

I think Chloe is on the tip of the iceberg and will find out everything of what Lex is up to. I don' t know what it is but it must be something really big if he's willing to kill Chloe to keep it quiet.

It does feel like a repeat of the Lionel-Chloe threatdown of season 3. That was really good and I expect Rosenbaum to turn up the drama on this one to the maximum. I hope it doesn't follow the same plotline and we have Chloe end up dead again.

I don't think Lionel or Lex knows what Chloe's power is. But I expect they (and we) will find out before the end of the year.

yeah--it is exactly like lionel--chloe....now where is lionel taking lex's place in protecting chloe?? i don't know why--but i would like to see the reaction of lionel knowing chloe's power...i miss lionel--he has hardly been on lately ...i guess lana's gonna come for him, though...:)....
