Anyway.............great issue IMO. It was good to see Giles make an appearance. I look forward to seeing more of him.

I totally bought the Buffy/Xander kiss........Damn dream sequences!

Can't wait to see the Willow/Amy magical throw-down. The "Two to Go" reference was awesome.

Edit: I can't believe I forgot about Andrew! He goes on a 2 page rant about Lando Calrissian's (sp?) outfit in Empire. It's f'in hilarious. Although, I gotta say the drawing looks a little more like Jonathan to me. Maybe I'm just crazy.

Edit II: I found a preview of Issue 3 at darkhorse.com. It shows the first 6 pages from script to finished product. Fair warning though, I wouldn't check it out unless you've read #2.

it took me a few moments to realize that was andrew. and it took me reading the issue 2 times to realize that it was a dream sequence. and what happens in the dream is still a mistery to me. oy

Loved it!

This issue was more enjoyable than the first. The dialog was top notch, I loved Andrew's and Xander's part. Little confused about Amy and her real intentions, she did not seemed to really being aprehenssive about killing Buffy after being caught. Now Buffy can't wake up until being kissed by true love. Who will wake her up?

So far I'm loving season Eight. Is it wrong that I totally dug the Buffy/Xander kiss? I also wonder who Buffy's true love will be? I know its the "Spuffy" shipper in me, but I kinda hope its Spike (doubtful, though.) I also loved Willow's entrance, and her line: "As an old friend once said...I'd like to test that theory." Gave me chills. Can't wait for Issue #3!

the comics are cool..I am having a hard time thinking like this is really Buffy though..season 8:( I want the show back:lol:
