i think it ws more his rage, anger and sadness about Lana all in one. He should go back to normal. hopefully......

He hasn’t turned into bad Clark. He’s just turned into a tough Clark. He now has strong confidence he will win……. We’re finally seeing Tom Welling actually act like Superman.

If this happened too quickly, who cares? By season 6, we should see Welling act more like Superman.

Im torn on this. Clark should be more aggressive but not THAT much more. They need to mix his attitudes to find a good balance
