Allison and Krisitn are girl next door types, and their characters don't suit parading around in stars and stripes stripper outfits.

i'm not saying they aren't nice looking young women, but in terms of their bodies and shear sex appeal, imo they don't match up to Erica, and would look totally out of place in those kinds of situations.

it's not a fluke that Erica's skin dispplayed per scene quotient is way higher than Allison's or Krisitin's. the characters are one reason...the curves on their respective bodies imo are the other.

Not every actress can pull off the part of a stripper believeably, it takes a sort of hardened personality with a crass demeanor. Some can and some aren't.

Actually, I was proud of the lois character for trying to fight Titan, that took courage. I like it even better when she landed face down in the ring. One should always know their limitations. This version of lois hasn't yet had an introspective moment other than her short visit to 'heaven.' (the Fortress of Solitude)

I never said Kristin wasn't attractive..I said Erica's role and body better suit bikinis/ provocative clothing. When i was born as a male, 90% of my friends/guys i have ever met in life when it comes to bikinis, given various attractive women, would prefer to look at taller, more voluptuous than shorter flatter ones.

If this has changed, and the average/stereotype now prefer shorter women with small breasts in bikinis, then it's news to me but so be it.

Allison and Kristin are both very pretty...that isn't the point. They exploit Erica in this department way,way more and imo it's obvious why.

You are correct, it was necessary for this version of lois to beg, borrow and steal from Chloe in order to get anywhere or do anything. It was Chloe's research that gave lo-lo a clue, otherwise, she was clueless as usual. Beyond recognizing and former post, she got knocked out, that was all that she accomplished. Clark was there because he got the benefit of Chloe's efforts, lois was there due to no investigating on her own, it was yet again Chloe, the real reporter on the show. (not to be confused the T&A injection which is the soul and sole reason for this lois to be hanging around Smallville.)

Not really. That's like asking men who'd they rather see naked. Someone they've seen nude before or something they haven't. I thnk no one said anything about Clark's black jacket because he was planning on going to the fight club and fight with everyone to see him. He knew people would be there.

Lois never really explained that she thought she was going to run into people when she snuck in at night. At first I thought she made up the stripper bit on the spot. But since she's wearing the outfit, I would think she planned it the whole time incase she got caught. But it's never really explained..

Its too bad the the writers have to write Lois as such a joke. I wish they'd start making her use her brain, and not mainly her body to get by. As someonelse stated she stole the story from Chloe.
We haven't seen her for like two or three episodes and she just shows up in this one, and all they can think to do with her is put her in another sexy outfit, and she gets knocked out. Where the hell was Chloe anyway? She just disappeared, and was never seen for the rest of the episode, when she was worried about Clark taking on the zoner. This made absolutely no sense. Get with it writers, and, your going to replace Lois for Chloe in a episode at least make it one where we see Lois acting on her own as a reporter, getting the story by herself. People are right when they say they seem to write a reason into the episode for Lois to appaer half naked, its like thats the number one thought behind it. Also, there's a hell of a lot more tall, attractive women without fake, D cup breasts in this world. Not being big chested, does not make you less attractive.

I think Erica Durance is beautiful. I thought it made sense for her to go after the story. There was a legitimate reason and interest.

Ah, Christine, good for you, you can tell quality from quantity and real from fake, a lot of viewers don't realize that the facade in question is just that, fake.

There hasn't been a decent Lois episode since "Lucy". I still watch that episode time and time again on DVD. (I just fast forward the Lana/Jason/Genevieve scenes).

Will there ever be an episode that brings redemption to Lucy's character? Will we see the General again? Maybe not.

I just want to see more of the Lois Lane we all know and love from the comics. She needs to be put on center stage where she belongs.

I agree. It would be great to see her and have more character development. I have also wondered what ever happened with Lucy. But Lois definitely deserves more screen time.

She stripped once very awkwardly (still hot!) and now it was just mentioned she was a stripper. I don't think this was too much even with the red latex suit. Of course my oppinion is a bit biased...:cool:
