in `unexpected` when peter and claude are training on the deveaux building and claudes hitting peter with a broom, claude sais `dig into the far cuboard of ur soul and dig somthin out, fly, stop time, paint me a pretty picture.DO SOMTHING UNEXPECTED!`
peter can stop time and he told claude about it

yeah he told claude because of future hiro, the only reason i think peter was able to talk to future hiro is because peter was probably stopping time also or negating the stop time effect that hiro had

hiro can stop time without freezing other people like when he saved that girl from the bus right ando wasn't frozen was he?
plus we know he can use his powers with others because he teleported with ando to the future

Ando was frozen in that episode.
However it is likely that he becomes more skilled at using his ability so he can decide who he freezes and who he doesnt.

ando was frozen when he saved the girl, and the reason ando was teleported with him is because they were both in trouble so hiro felt he had to save ando also.. and he can control others because when he talks to peter, peter and him are the only ones that arent frozen

yes but was peter not frozen because hiro made it so or cuz he knew peter would stop time to if they were near eachother

peter had no idea he was an empath when future hiro talked to him so he had no idea hed be able to stop time also, hiro can control what we wants to do with things, like if hiro wanted to he can probably make who or what ever is going to explode in NY and send it to the future or somethin

True but Peter also seems to be able to negate peoples powers, like being able to see Claude. So if Hiro and Peter were standing around and Hiro frooze everything then peter wouldnt be frozen.

I do not think that Peter negates powers, but in the case of seeing Claude, I believe Peter was invisible also. If he was that would explain how he could see him, plus Claude went invisible when he ran off and Peter could not find him.

Well Claude would go invisible and so would Peter and neither one of them should be able to see each other. But Peter counter reacts to the powers as well. He was not frozen in time with Hiro and he could see Claude. This should come in handy when he meets candice.

The invisibility thing really depends on the science of the invisibility. If it is like a chameleon effect or an energy field like in the fantastc four type bending light around them then it shouldn't matter they shouldn't be able to see each other, but if the invisibility has to do with something like a frequency change ala Smallville, then they would be able to see each other. Really until we know the origin of some of these powers can't really say how the impact is.
Realistically, they probably won't get into the origin of every power, and we just have to know what the powers can do.
As to Peter being able to stop time, I think he probably can he may not have used it yet, but he has alluded to having the power, so we can only assume he does. I think we are going to see a lot more of all that he can do on the 23rd. I just can't wait for that episode.

i think when peter encounters people with powers that effect other people(like when hiro stops time) he isnt effected by it. so when claude hid by turning invisible, peter who was also invisible could see him. same with hiro. it seems that because of being an empath, peter gains powers but isnt effected by them.

I still do not buy that Peter cannot be effected by powers or he negates them.
1. Future Hiro was far more in control of his abilities when he met Peter. Far more possible the he stopped everyone except Peter.
2. Peter could only see Claude when he was invisible himself. There were occasions where Claude disappeared and Peter could not find him again.

I would agree with you that Hiro was in control.
The occasion was in "Run" after Peter flew Claude to safety. But neither one of them was using their power. They were seen on the roof, which means they stoped using it after Claude was neutralized. So when Cluade went invisble Peter had the power turned off. If he were to turn it on he shouldve been able to see him. (Note: Yes I know HRG was wearing special googles to see them, I am talking about after Claude got shot.)
