Does anyone notice how upset Chloe was when she was talking to Clark about "saving" Lana? She was like tearing up and angry. I think she knew she had to say it because she is friends with Clark and Lana and they obviously both love eachother but I think it also hurt her to have to push Clark towards another girl

She has always been the third wheel but she is best friends with both of them so she wants to see them happy even if she wont be.

Has anyone every thought that CHLOE HAS MOVED ON? And Clark will never want her in that way?
She realized that a long time ago, edited
Chloe did what she felt was right.

yes..Chleo always does that doesnt she?...wants her friends to be happy....
either way, Clark was a d*ckhead to her tonight...he didnt need to blow her out again and say how much she doesnt know him about hurting for Lana..blah blah.....i'm trying to rack my brain ad figure out who else would know how much it hurt to give up Lana, considering Chloe's been hearing it for six freakin years.....
Clark can be an insensitive idiot sometimes

I think Chloe has moved on and isn't pining over Clark but it doesn't mean that she still wouldn't have some feelings. It would still bother someone even if they had moved on

i think it was a blessing that there was no chlark in this episode knowing tptb they would have crapped on it mercifully, and inserted thirty more pointless clana sceens to offset it.

I love Chloe, but the only thing she succeeded in doing tonight was upset Clark and Lana even more than they had to be...

Interesting words by Clark there when he told Chloe that she doesn't know him as well as she thought if she doesn't realize how hard it was for him to let Lana go. Again, nothing to patch this up at the end of the episode. Very weird.

i can understand why she'd do it.....sick and tired of seeing mopey clark who whines and moans about never getting Lana but wont even be honest w her in the first place. All she wants is Clark to be happy and if thats w Lana so be it.....Clark was acting like a complete idiot this episode tho, wat w going to propose to a "pregnant woman on her wedding day....and even AFTER the deed was done....basically asking Lana to commit adultery  ....Martha was acting weird too...like j a couple episodes ago didnt she tell Clark to "stay away from that girl." Aww well thank god for Lionel! I think that last Clana scene in the church where she had to lie to Clark so now hes gonna start moving on in the following episodes and by the time Lana's out of this mess...too late!......nail in coffin for Clana romance, at least on Clarks side. Bring on the Clana friendship tho!

I'm wondering where she was at the end when everyone was walking out of the church or even when Lana was alone after the ceremony in her dressing room? If Chloe was there and was alone with Lana I think she would have seen right through everything and would know something was up

I thought Chloe was an a$$hole to Clark tonight. As I said in other threads Chloe who admitted that Lex is a MONSTER, still stood by Lana as her friend and maid of honor and did NOTHING. That is messed up. And yeah Chloe doesn't know Clark as well as she thought. After all this time NOW she decides the wedding should be stopped? @#$ you Chloe.

She realized that a long time ago, I think most Clark and Chloe fans are in denail.
Chloe did what she felt was right.
I think Chloe has moved on but will always carry a torch for Clark. She's just smart enough to realize Clark isn't over Lana and from the look of things never will. She doesn't want to be like Clark and make the same type of bonehead decisions he has made with Lana and hold out for something that may not even be there.
Clark needs to grow up and at the very least needs to start appreciating the friendship he has with Chloe and not taking her for granted and behaving like she doesn't have feelings also.

Clarks just an idiot tho....Chloe obviously knows how hard it is for Clark to let Lana go or she wouldnt be pushing Clark all the time to j be honest for once w Lana, so Clana can work out, cuz she j wants clark to be happy. I mean who the hell want to see whiny clark!

I know EXACTLY what you mean. . .I was SO UPSET, when he told Chloe then you don't know me at all, and then he just sped away:mad:. . .I mean wasn't it just in Freak that he was all concerned about her well-being?:\ . . .Chloe was just trying to be a supportive friend like she's ALWAYS been:D. . .Clark can be such an insensitive BDA:mad:

That's not exactly true, Chloe tried to derail the whole thing by getting Clark to realize he had to act and talk to Lana. And she has tried to tell Lana about Lex before without much success. Lana didn't want to hear it.
I truly believe from the look on Chloe's face at the wedding that she didn't think Lana was going to show and that Clark had finally managed to rescue her from the mess she'd gotten herself into.

I wouldn't say that she has COMPLETELY moved on:), BUT like she has proven in the PAST:D, she's willing to sacrifice her personal happiness for her two best friends, which IMHO, they don't deserve her

WHOA!. . .That is HARSH!. . .This is by NO MEANS Chloe's fault. . .She tried to warn Lana throughout this whole season about the LUTHORS. . .Lana has IGNORED any advice that Chloe has offered concerning Lex:rolleyes:, AND if you haven't NOTICED Chloe has had A LOT to deal with lately:rolleyes:. . .Where was Lana when Chloe needed a friend?. . .Oh, that's right!. . .She was too busy trying to discover Clark's secret:rolleyes:

Chloe was disappointed about the type of hero she had. That is all... She had the dream of a man of steel and she doesn't want to see it fall apart.
She is in REAL LOVE with Clark. Powers or NOT. When you have a hero like that you don't want to see him take the wrong decisions.
Most people come to see the champ fall, but others, we like to see them succeed. Chloe is that girl... That is a girl to die for...

When Chloe gives Clark that speech and he says "you obviously don't know me as well as I thought you did." News flash Clark...obvioulsy she does. She knows which buttons to push to get you off your butt to do something! haha. As soon as Chloe gives him the speech he goes home and can't stop thinking about the fact that he is over protective of his heart, and never puts himself out there.

I'm starting to see no Chlark is a posibility. I havn't given up yet though! haha. I just wish the writers wouldn't mess with us. Of course there will be a kiss between them some time this season to get our hopes up...then nothin.

The writers have really messed with the Chlark this season hard. Clark relies on Chloe's friendship then says you don't really know me when she tells him exactly what he wanted to hear.

Even though Chloe would have been a much more likely choice for Clark, tptb are too obsessed with Lana. And would never allow the idea that Clark loved Chloe and not their precious Lana.

That was one of the most ridiculous Chloe scenes ever...... sad, really.
Once again, Chloe was nothing but a plot device.
She said what the writers wanted Lana to hear...

I thought that was an awful, awful scene.
I had no problems at all with what Clark said to Chloe in response to what she said to him. So Chloe can dump a load of guilt on his head...all the while being Lana's bridesmaid...but Clark isn't even allowed to respond? Screw that, IMO. Thats not being friends, thats Clark being Chloe's whipped puppy.
If Chloe feels as strongly as she obviously does about this wedding, she should've told Lana how she feels, why, and stepped away as a bridesmaid. And if she told Clark that she thought he should do something, and that she wanted him to back her up...that would've been fine. But if she's not willing to really step up herself...put her money with her mouth is...then really, she's got no place to be guilting Clark over it.
And guess what? Clark did step up in the way Chloe wanted...Chloe still did nothing but stand at the altar and hold Lana's bouquet.
But if Clark was supposedly insenstive to Chloe, then it was certainly NO MORE insensitive then she was to him. IMO

I hate that way they've retconned Chloe's feelings about the wedding from "Freak".
Chloe encouraged Clark to go in order to get over Lana and face facts...not stop the wedding.
That was total and complete nonsense.
Where is S5Chloe? That girl was AWESOME.

I know what she said to Clark had to have hurt Chloe but she said it because she is unselfish and was thinking of Clark being happy even if it means that he is with Lana whom Chloe has been in the shadows of for more years that I like to count. Clark has an unhealthy obsession with Lana.. that was proven last night. It was pathetic how he acted. I'm ready for Clark to grow some balls and be the man we all know he can be and he can never do that while stuck in the past with Lana. He needs to move on. Chloe has. She isn't pining for Clark anymore. I think she'll always love him and I'll always pray they get their chance but I am beginning to feel as if Clark is not worth the wait for her.

Is her job as a good friend to help Clark find out his feeling even if she is hurting inside... Now thats a best friend
