i hope TPTB dont pull all this good stuff out from under our feet as usual..

It's all real, they're not going to waste a WHOLE episode on dreams.

Its all real. I think with the exception of Lana killing herself and Clark killing Lex, everything is real. They are pretty much doing what they did last year only without the time warp.
They set the scenes earlier in the show, now they are filling in the blanks to see how everything got to that point.

the only dream was Lex dreaming about his monster baby.
the rest of the scenes are retold from Clark, Lana and Lex's point of view.

Dont forget Clarks dream (before opening credits) where he stabs lex in the back... and lana takes the dagger/knife and stabs herself with it. How Romeo and Juliet.

Really - you think? I seem to remember whole MOVIES that were wasted as a big dream.......but I would hope that they wouldn't do that to the viewers
[looks around hoping the writers didn't see this thread]

I think the whole point with Chloe's discussion with Clark is to get him to say how much he cares and love Lana so that Lana learns the whole truth when she was spying.

Some things in the episode happened twice because it was from different perspectives of the wedding day. First was Clark, then Lex, and finally Lana.
