Couple of references I noticed:

The detective who came to Isaac's house to investigate Simone's death was named Jeff Tracey. i.e. Dick Tracy.

One of the FBI agents was named Quesada, referencing Joe Quesada, current Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief.

Did anyone spot any others?

Wasn't the other agent's name "Alonzo", after Axel Alonzo also from Marvel?
