There will be 23 episodes aired for season 1. Now below is what I've been able to find out what NBC has scheduled for the following months ahead and since they have 6 scheduled episodes left to air and MAY is a "SWEEPS" month; rating period.
So outside 118 being confirmed your guess at the moment is to where the other episodes will air. I've put down 3 for the month of May since it is a ratings month, that leaves just 2 episodes to place in the blank dates;

Yes, I've heard from different sources that the number was either 22 - 25. But a 2 hour finale would be really great :)
