Who was Lex looking at when saying "we need to watch Chloe closely"

After he said it he looked into the camera like he was looking at someone. Could this person be Lionel. He's been on the good side for awhile with CK and Chloe and is part of or knows of 33.1. Who better to watch over her.

yip...i think it was someone on the speaker..he wasnt talking to himself.....but the eye zooming-in I believe is meant to say something like: "Lex has his eye on YOU"...and that's never a good thing

i think that eye zoom-in was even better than the 33.1 slo-mo!..actually i cant decide which is better...because the 33.1 music for the slo-mo walk was incredible!
