What do you think was the real reason Lex had Chloe strapped to a metal table?

I guess the master plan was to have Tobias identify the meteor freaks, who were then kidnapped and their DNA sampled. A tracking chip was implanted inside them that apparently could cause death if desired. I think Chloe was only targeted initially because Tobias identified her as meteor infected and that Lex only became aware after her abduction.

Yup. I think Lex only want willing freaks, not independent minded ones like Chloe (if she is one) or Dan the Man, or Tobias (who he was just using to find other freaks). I think he wants to replicate their powers to create reliable freaks with the same powers.

i think that chloe is a freak, but i love random polls!! hes a evil little man that likes to play with green lasers. it gives him enjoyment.

Well, he did it to everyone else. He's had Clark, Aquaman, Cyborg tied up. Why not Chloe? And he always takes off their clothing... a little uneeded. Jeez, Lex.

I think its a great example of how Lex is still willing to make emotionally motivated decisions. Shortly after he says "I don't like loose ends" he closes the file on Chloe with a simple "keep an eye on her" I mean - no capture and contain, no elimate, no nuthin really bad... "keep an eye on her" maybe he is thinking "she might need help with her powers" kinda keep an eye on her.

Not like Lex hasn't made exceptions for personal friends before. Not like he knew they were gonna capture Chloe before they did.. the freak nappers tagged her on their own time.
