Well my question is why did the taser blast bounce off clark, instead of the blast being absorbed by clark?

Because Clark had to save the doctor from the bullet and yet the doctor still HAD to die in order to tie up the loose ends of the story.... that and, given the fact that Clark superspeeds outta there, the doctor better be messed up or Lana and Tobias would have still been in danger.

Because usually energy based attacks just bounce from Clark/Superman's bioenergy matrix (which is what fules his powers), kinda like opposing electromagnetic fields.
