No Previous Scar

Okay , I know they put a gps in chloe's shoulder.
A pinpoint scar would have been great to show chloe and clark where they and how they got it in.

I thought I saw a small red line slightly to the left of where they were looking. But I agree, it's strange that there wouldn't be even a tiny scar.
