Good catch Luthor5339, i thought this episode was all about mistaken identity.
I thought clark was the only one he saw a meteor infected.
but now we see the blind guy stating its chloe NOT clark.
I like to be pleasantly surprised.

/\ Exactly Sct. Clark not being a freak is what gave that away, to me... unless this guy could detect aliens and freaks.

I'm so curious if he sees anything at all when he looks at clark, he isn't meteor infected...hes an alien.

Did you see the look in Lana's crazy eyes when she found out he could ID freaks. She wants to know about clark...and bad!

No, I think he got it right. Clark and Chloe were standing almost side by side, the height difference would have be the distinguishing factor.

clark isn't a freak tobias could see people infected by kryptonite, clrak isnt infected by krptonite he's a kryptonian.

Clark is from Krypton - kryptonite kills him so he can't be a freak - that's why Tobias said he's the most normal guy he's ever seen - because if Clark had kryptonite in him, he would die. So Tobias couldn't mistake Chloe for Clark. So Chloe is a freak! There is no way it could be Clark.

As I mentioned in greater detail in the post below, we don't know how Tobias detects freaks. We don't know if it's their DNA that causes them to appear in that color or if it's kryptonite in their system. But I would think if they had kryptonite in their system that just standing next to Clark would weaken him since they are not made of lead.
