The intro scene in "Freak" was shot at "Lois Lane Bowling & Billards". Smallville has apparently shot there before. It is in Richmond, B.C.
Tobias "sees" an employee who is a meteor freak and it seems like Chloe is "out for fresh air"....checking the employee out in the back alley, while the employee is abducted....
Note that Tobias....at that time does not perceive Chloe or Lana as a meteor freak.
