i was watching the stills for this episode freak and theres pics of chloe crying and shes talking to clark, then in the trailer she says get it outa me, then they stick a long needle in what looks like her womb area, any guesses?

I think they are maybe harvesting her eggs she was ovulating and they had to extract eggs than so they can experiment on alien reproductive cycles
