When watching the trailer, it looks exactly like him. But, hit play, then pause, then play, then pause, etc really quickly until you get to the part where the guy turns around. You can tell that it is not him.

It might be Jimmy, with 'might' as a hesitation. I hit pause and compared it to a tv.com site pic of Jimmy and the eyebrows and sideburns and hairline almost matched up. Jimmy would make sense, since it involves Chloe being abducted height is about right too.
