Its practically impossible to see in the pic, but replay it from 0:07:06 to 0:07:11 and you can clearly see some shadow walkin down the stairs behind Chloe then walking off! Maybe it was the stalker? Or a crew member:rotfl:

Maybe Martian Manhunter since he has said he has been around watching Clark for a long time.

It was the horse that Clark put in the barn. It was standing in its stall. You saw his head moving. But, it was out of focus (because the cameras were focused on Chloe) and you only see part of the head/ear. At first I thought it was something, but realized that Clark had just put a horse in that exact place.
