I would probably think that someone is going to crash the wedding or Lana will backout, one or the other. I don't think that they will get married.

Since he's the main character, I see three options for him during this episode:
A) He attends the wedding, and then screams out "I object!" at the beginning (actually, that last part is just a dream of mine haha)
B) He doesn't attend the wedding, but stands outside of the church looking all pouty and sad
C) He's too distracted by some phantom zoner and must save ze world once again!

Ok I am a guy. I consider myself manly. I was one of those who knew of Clark and Lex's future in season 1, but I still loved their friendship. The end of this episode nearly brought me to tears it was so sad. Such a heartbreaking scene. Such contrast. Such good acting from both men. Bravo. I love Smallville. Oh and Clark will go to the wedding.

I take it back. Clark will be too busy superspeeding home to blow up his ship and stop his mom from pregnancy. No wait, that wass season 2. Now it'll be him trying to blow up the fortress and Lana will have the miscairrage. lol

Great scene - Lex was just downright evil in it and Clark's face was so sad -

I think Clark will go to be there for Lana - but I don't think the wedding will take place or at least it won't get all the way through before something happens and the world needs saving.

Clark should just go on vacation with Lois, Chloe and Jimmy and say 'screw the Lex/Lana wedding' - it would do them good to blow it off.

That Lexana wedding is a car accident waiting to happen. I can't wait! :lol: I believe Clark will attend the wedding.

As far as the bouquet is concerned; I figure Chloe will catch the bouquet. I think she'll glance at Clark but then gaze lovingly at Jimmy. Thereby leaving Clark feeling doubly burned in one day.

I haven't read the full spoilers for the upcoming episode, but if Martha and Lionel are in attendance ... they might show signs of being lovely-dovey towards each other. Therefore Clark can end up triply depressed all in one episode. I can only hope Shelby won't choose to run off with that cute poodle from around the bend in that very same episode.

If he did that, it'd be cool if he had evidence to show everyone of some of Lex's crimes, to say, "THIS is why I object! Not because I'm still in love with Lana, but because I'm worried for her safety. Lex Luthor is not the man you think he is."

This is how it's going to go down:
Day of the wedding, Clark has to run off and save the world from (insert evil force here).
At the church, Lana is having second and third thoughts and secretly can't wait for Clark to arrive.
Lex, overly satisfied that his master plan is coming to fruition, is also waiting for Clark to arrive so he can see the look on his face when he takes Lana as his bride.
The ceremony begins and Clark still isn't here.
As the (insert wedding official here) blabs on and on, inching closer and closer to the actual vows, Lana becomes increasingly worried that Clark won't show up and scans the crowd, desperate to find him.
Lana finally gives up hope and resigns to the fact she's marrying Lex LUTHOR!
Clark appears in the doorway to hear "I now pronounce you husband and wife."

As I was reading through the posts I had a thought. (what a concept--me thinking! LOL) The final scene in Trespass is Lex at his most evil self; a picture of how his evil schemes work!

If Clark goes to the wedding Lex has scored knowing how miserable Clark is, and that Lex was the 'better man' because he was able to lie to Lana and marry her.

If Clark doesn't go to the wedding Lex can tell Lana that he gave Clark a special invitation to the wedding because he knew how much Clark's presence meant to Lana and Clark didn't show up--therefore he can't possibly love Lana as much as he says he does.

I wonder if Clark will manage to pull something off to foil his scheme!

No friggin' way. Let Lana saved herself & break the wedding. And let Chloe help her. I want Clark to battle the final zoner, maybe to do something with 33.1 and definitely get involved with whatever Lionel's up to.

If he does break up the wedding, then I hope he does it by attacking a major 33.1 site causing Lex's men to call him during the wedding ceremony and for Lex to bolt out showing that 33.1 is more important to him than Lana.

I thought about this queation and I think that some things can be happen:
1. he goes to the party 'cause he knows it means a lot to Lana
2. he stay outside and beeing sad and agry
3. he crush the wedding and ask Lana not to marrie Lex in front off all the gasts there
4. Lana will say no ('cause she is honest to herself and tell Lex she will always love clark)
5. clark will kidnapp Lana again

But I hope Lana will see who Lex really is and after she said no clark will come and take her away from Lex.
I don't want Lana to marrie Lex and I am sure she wount marrie him. How can she marrie a devil like him? She knows that Clark is still in love with her and he knows that she is still in love with him!!!

Oh my, I've just watched TRESSPASS and in the final scene... when LEX gave the wedding invitation... he said something like "I want you to go, to see what you lost", oh man, he's so mean!!!

But I hope he goes and let LANA back forever because she's freakin' me out, I so want to smash her, anyway, she diserves LEX as he diserves HER, they are the same...

CLARK is meant to somebody as good as he has... LANA doesn't have trusty attitudes, she's unstable... kill her off!

I think that Clark is going to convince himself that Lana is gone and go to the wedding expecting to just sit in the corner and force a smile.. but then an alien of some sort is gonna show up at just the right time to stop the wedding, reveal Clarks full powers to Lana, and precipitate the Clana once again!
