I like Lana, but I like stairs too, they're always funny.
Also, Lana was put to sleep, then she woke up, and everything was dark, and the hospital had no lights, and everything just seemed.. off.. Anyone else think that was a dream?

She has to be carrying a 'freak' baby. She must have been affected by the meteors.....She should have broken her neck falling down the steps, broken her back, broken her arms, broken her legs, but she is fine. AND guess what? absolutely nothing is wrong with the baby. I would have gone into labor and had a miscarriaged if I took a fall like that during my pregnancies, never mind probably have killed or paralyzed myself.

It reminded me of her recovery after Buffy kicked her down the stairs in Thirst.
I actually expected her to get up, snap her neck back into place, and walk away...

Anyways, I just wanted it again. It's hilarious because at one point all you see is Lana's feet above the railing, then you see her tumble down. Best scene in the episode :rotfl:

Personally, I fail to see how a person falling down a stairwell is comical. However, I believe Smallville is becoming somewhat unrealistic in that Lana has fallen quite a bit, and yet, she has no permanent (nor temporary) medical conditions.

We should email the producers and suggest that they get Lana to wear a helmet and Knee-pads.
Maybe the father is actually Clark, and the baby has skin of steel, and Lex knows it's Clarks, that's why the doctor told Lex it's going as planned. >_> No really though, the baby will probably have stair-shaped bruises all over himself, because in the next 8 months, I'm sure she'll fall down at least 15 more sets of stairs, get stabbed a few times, fall through some roof-windows, get knocked out with various objects(Phones, metal shields from Lex's mansion, Television sets landing on her head from high hotel windows, baseball bats, cars, baseballs), and all the sort.

Wrong move my friend. I have a few stats you should take a look at :rotfl:
These are the times when Lana has kept a secret or told a lie, despite her absolute, violent, vehement stance against secrets and lies from Clark and others.
* In Lucy, she lied about the stone being stolen, lied that she did not care for the stone.
* In Facade, she lied to Lex about why she needed the books.
* In Crusade, she didn't tell Jason about her memory loss, a lie of omission.
* In Gone, she was holding back telling Clark about Jason, a lie, until Lois told him.
* In Magnetic, she lied to Clark about where her boyfriend was. She was being controlled, but note that when Clark is manipulated and he lies, she holds him accountable.
* In Tempest, she lets Whitney think he's still the only one she cares about.
* In Thirst, she "forgets" to tell Clark she's enrolled in college as a passive aggressive way to avoid telling him that she doesn't want to go to the same college.
* In Splinter, she doesn't tell Clark about the alien ship, and lies to him about doing her homework when she was actually plotting the ship's trajectory. She also declines to tell him that she's working with Lex to figure the ship out.
* In Splinter, Lana tells Clark that there could NEVER be anything between her and Lex. Not "isn't", "could never be."ÊLo and behold, they're lovers by the end of the season. Lie!
* In Fanatic, she told Clark she was no longer researching the meteor shower, but went ahead and did it anyway before rubbing it in his face.
* In Lockdown, she told Clark she came over to study when really, she just wanted to have sex.
* In Lockdown, she told Clark she was done studying the crash, but still had schematics in her backpack, which Clark finds.
* In Lockdown, she told kidnappers she knew where the Fine ship was. She was lying. She didn't know. (Still counts!)
* In Reckoning, she said that whatever Clark told her, it would be okay. Instead, she went and whined about it to Lois and Lex. That means she lied.
* In Tomb, she went to Lex for help with Chloe without telling Clark about it. That's a secret.
* In Hypnotic, she told Clark she had to go home because it was getting late. Immediately. Instead, she went to see Lex and collude about the ship.
* In Void, Lana pretends that all is well when she is really addicted to a drug. That's a secret.
* In Fragile, she explicitly and vehemently, to the point of browbeating Chloe, insists that nothing is going on between herself and Lex. She then leaps on him, making out after he kisses her. Lie.
* In Fade, Chloe reveals that Lana has asked her to explicitly lie to Clark about having a relationship with Lex. She later confirms this herself.
* In Oracle, she lies three times. First, she tells Lois she's getting coffee for Chloe. It's for Lex. Then, she remains silent when Lois asks her what her capacity is with Lex, which is girlfriend, a lie of omission. Then, thirdly, she tells Lois flat out that she's not Lex's girlfriend, a direct, explicit lie.
* In Vessel, Lana told Lex Luthor that Clark Kent was planning on killing him. This isn't the case. Clark was considering how to stop Lex, and Lana overheard parts of the conversation and assumed. This is a lie from ignorance, like if I said, "Steve hates Superman" because I heard him speaking critically of the Smallville finale.
* In Zod, she tells Zod she wants to be his mistress. She then tries to stab him. SECRETS! LIES!
* In Sneeze, Lana doesn't tell Lex that Clark knew he was going to be occupied by Zod before he was occupied by Zod. That's a lie of ommision.
* In Sneeze, Clark asks Lana if she knows about any plots against Lex's life. Lana doesn't tell him of the plot she knew about from personal experience. Lie of omission.
* In Sneeze, Lana tells Lex that he can trust her. Despite the obvious character evidence to the contrary, she snoops through his things, does things to jeopardize his life, and just generally acts untrustworthy for the whole episode. Liar.
* In Wither, she tells Chloe she stopped by to drop off stuff she forgot. She instead really came just to talk, and lied at first. LIAR!
* In Wither, Lana finds she has a late library book. In other words, she told the library she'd return the book on time, and that was a LIE! SECRETS! LIES!
* In Arrow, Lana has a meeting with Lionel behind Lex's back (or so she thinks) and pretends to work with Lionel. She's actually working with Lex. But that's a SECRET.
* In Arrow, Lana tells Lex that she lied to him about knowing that the sigil from the premiere can be used as a weapon. LIAR!
* In Arrow, Lana tells Lionel that she'll work with him to take th sigil from Lex. LIAR!
* In Fallout, Lana steals Lex's limo. She tells him it's to go for ice cream. She instead secretly meets with a man who has the arbitrary plot device that can destroy the world against Lex's wishes. SECRETS! LIES!
* In Fallout, Lex is going to tell Lana if he would have chosen the box or her. Technically, this is Lex's lie, but by passive aggressively indicating he should not respond by saying, "I guess we'll never know!", she created Lex's secret for the both of them. SECRETS!
* In Rage, Lana goes to see Chloe about Lex's programs without informing Lex, going behind his back. Secret.
* In Rage, Lana faints in front of Chloe, who asks her if something is wrong. Lana asks her not to tell anyone about the fainting. Secret.
* In Rage, Clark visits Lana, asking her if something is wrong. She says, "It's nothing. I'm fine." Really, she's upset that she's pregnant. Lie.
* In Rage, Clark asks Lana, "What did Lex do?" She replies, "He didn't do anything!" He got her pregnant, which is why she's upset. Lie.
* In Rage, Lana tells Clark that her sadness has nothing to do with him, despite vehemently in the past swearing that he's the reason she's so distraught and turned to Lex, all the while flaunting how "happy" she is.
* In Rage, Lane finds out she is pregnant and keeps it secret from most everyone.
* In Rage,ÊLana tells the doctor she's only been unconscious three times recently. As our own knockout count shows, that's a lie.
* In Static, Lana tells Chloe that she's talking to Lex's security goons when she's talking to Lex's kidnapper. She also keeps her pregnancy secret for most of this episode from Lex, and continues to hide it from everyone else but Chloe.
* In Hydro, a large focal point of the plot is the fact that Lana still has feelings for Clark, something she doesn't tell Lex until he sees it in the paper. SECRET!
* In Crimson, she admits to hiding her pregnancy from the public because she's afraid of what they'll think. SECRET!
* In Crimson, Lana hides her engagement party from Clark Kent, even inviting Chloe and Ma Kent. SECRET!
These are only from Season 4-6 and Season 6 hasn't even ended yet

Clark just did not get invited he knew about it. Not all of your points are right. Lex did not ask her if she loved clark before he looked at the newpaper. A lie is when you dont tell the truth, a lie is not telling anything at all.
In Lucy, she lied about the stone being stolen, lied that she did not care for the stone
In Facade, she lied to Lex about why she needed the books.
I would have done the same why would I tell lex that I think I am being controlled by a witch.
Raging Clue most of these lie are not effecting anyone. I dont even know why you posted this. This was about lana falling down.
WELL in this one she just wanted to try to forget the stones and remember she was not hurting anyone. Saying that did not effect anything.
In Splinter, Lana tells Clark that there could NEVER be anything between her and Lex. Not "isn't", "could never
WELL nobody knows the future and so this is not a lie it is just a broken promise.
In Lockdown, she told kidnappers she knew where the Fine ship was. She was lying. She didn't know
OMG how is this hurting anyone or destroying any relationships. When we talk about lies in smallville we mean peoples lies that effect people negativly.
In Tomb, she went to Lex for help with Chloe without telling Clark about it
Do you know what a lie is? Well a lie is not telling the truth. Clark did not ask lana anything about it and clark already knew about chloe plus they has a break up. You should really what a lie is.
In Rage, Lana faints in front of Chloe, who asks her if something is wrong. Lana asks her not to tell anyone about the fainting. Secret
Now this is going lamer and lamer. How is this a lie. lana just told chloe to hide it. No body will ask lana if she fainted or not.
From what I can see a lot of these are just lana hiding someting. Lieing and hiding are 2 different things.

Lana is a fictional character. If KK fell down the stairs, then I wouldn't laugh. But it wasn't Lana nor KK, it was a stunt double. Since Smallville is fake, the fall was fake, therefore it's not real, thus it's ok to laugh. Don't believe me? Re-read almost every post in this thread. Nope, I didn't. There are a lot of people out there who love to see their enemies fail or get hurt because they believe that their enemy had it coming. Am I one of those people? Not really.
If a thread like this bothers you, then I suggest you live in your bedroom for the rest of your life. The world is not a good place. People are doing things a whole lot worse than laughing when a fictional character's stunt double falls down the stairs. Aside from living in your room, I suggest you stay off the internet. The internet is an even nastier place than the world.

Is that better? Oh, and my favorite line from your quote:
You responded to me! :rotfl:
OK, I take back blaming you for that post, however, initially you did not credit them with it but did so later on which I did not read as carefully. I will again say that those people on that website have way too much time on their hands and they have grossly exaggerated the scenes to fit their POV.
Also, I still think your comment was RUDE and secondly, I said I wouldn't take ANYMORE TIME in responding to you. You didn't read my post!!
Maybe then we are at a draw? Here, I'll give you a smilie:) !
