Why are the writers purposely trying to hide HRG's first name? Is it just to make him more mysterious or is there more to it?

oh okay, that's what i thought, but my friend told me it said some department of somethin that Mr. Bennet was apart of, and his name. but ha, thats just the license. not the organization he is from. and it just says Bennet.

What does that say?
It looks like the word "London".

I just checked my Texas licence, and there is nothing like that on mine.
Could that be his first name put there to see if we find it?

OK, I solved it.

After I digitatalized my recording of the episode, I saw the image better.
The word is "DONOR", which is strange as I am a donor too and that is not on my license.
