If Peter and his gift got near Niki what would happen?
Evil Peter?
Also with Sylar taking multiple powers would Peter just take one or all of them?

I was wondering about peter and nikki the other day.
My guess would be either if nikki has the power to absorb the dead or something and it really is jessica then peter would absorb perhaps his dad. But if jessica is another personality maybe nikki has a power that gives her strength along surpressed memories of her sister which makes her use jessicas anger so protect herself. so if thats the case maybe peter we just release his inner demons. guess like clark on red k.
if he took sylars power he may recieve all the powers sylar has. or only the power sylar is using at that time. not really sure how that will pan out.

I'm pretty sure *probably about 80%* that Jessica is the one with the powers. If you notice, Jessica has the "tatoo" of the God's Gift symbol. I THINK that Jessica's "power" was to not really die, but to be able to possess a body. In which case, she shares Nikki's body. Or at least it's something pretty damn close to that, but the overall point is Jessica is the one with the power.
Now if Peter was to absorb that, my only guess is that he can then possess other people's bodies, but I do not know how they would accomplish this.

I think Nikki has the super strength power , but Jessica is the one able to use it. I think that somehow Jessica transferred her spirit or essence into Nikki when she died, then found the power in Nikki and was only able to use it when she took over. I think Nikki is going to realize soon enough that it is her power and not Jessicas' and eventually will be able to use it on her own and supress or eliminate Jess altogether.

I don't think we can decide what would happen if he got near Nikki/Jessica, because we are still speculating on the true nature of her power. As for Sylar, the most logical thing to think is not that he would receive all of Sylar's powers, only the power that Sylar truly possesses and that is understanding how things work. That is the only logical thing I would think. Sylar's "absorbed powers" are not natural, therefore it stands toreason that Peter would not absorb them.

My theory on is Jessica has the pwer to "teleport" through mirrors, a al Mirror Master, one of the flashes arch-enemies.

I don't think Peter would split personalities near Niki because the split personalities isn't her power, super strength is her power. The split personalities is just a mental disorder she has and needs to get over.

I was thinking the same exact thing on Monday night while watching the new episode. Nikki's split personalities are much more than "just a disease." Heroes is the only show I'm really in to other than Smallville.

I've seen no proof that her split personalities have any relation to her power. In fact, we've even seen her user her power as Niki now. So we know she, herself, can do it. The split personality seems quite obvious to be just a hurdle she needs to overcome, and not a part of her power. Maybe it's just me, but I thought they made this obvious.

When did Niki use her power? I must have missed that.
I just think it's funny that she only finds out about her powers through the "disorder." The doctor couldn't treat the disorder, so Jessica took care of her. She has a "deadly alter ego" like the show has said a thousand times.

Niki broke a night stick in jail. I like the mirror/teleport theory myself. That would mean Niki has the power and Jessica just knows how to use it. So if she found someone with better powers that she likes and can get in front of a mirror that would be cool. Also picture when Jessica died, apperntly violently, the trama would have made her use her powers without knowledge and not know how to get back to herself. The storylines that could be used with this would be excellent. Jessica as Sylar, Jessica as Peter, Jessica as the Haitin (lol). I think its a good idea.

Niki broke a nightstick in half in "The Fix". The doctor couldn't treat her, of course, and I never expected her too. Niki and Jessica can only be brought together by one person, Niki herself. But it's still something that can be fixed, IMO. And it wouldn't permanently damage her story because all they would have to do is make Niki the "stronger" side of her personality that surpresses Jessica. Then they could have a story in later seasons where they begin battling again. Her power's still the superstrength though, and we've seen Niki use it, so we know that Jessica is not a necessary part of her personality.

I thought it was Jessica because she usually takes over when Nikki is in trouble. Either way, I think when she controls her alter ego, then she will have Jessica's powers completely.

You could tell it was Niki by the way she looked shocked and the way she spoke afterwards. She does have "Jessica's" powers, as they are really her powers. It's just a matter of controlling it, much like Peter is learning to control his power.

Right now Jessica has her trapped in the closet or something? This show can have more twists and be more confusing than Lost.

I'm pretty sure (and feel free to correct me if I'm proven wrong) that the mirrors thing with Niki/Jessica is just metaphorical. Right now Jessica is the stronger of the two personalities and she is suppressing Niki. Showing her "trapped" in the mirror like that was just a way to represent that she was trapped without having to involve some contrived monologue from Jess.

Either way, Nikki is trapped by Jessica and she will be until she can outsmart or become stronger than Jessica.

I believe that Niki/Jessica is the classic good side vs bad side hero theme. It has been done in multiple forms. Basically for her to move forward and live up to her full potential, Niki and Jessica must accept one another for what they are. Two sides of the same personality.
