Peter officially can use the powers from people he's been around long after (if not permanently) he's not around them anymore. Awesome. He's like a human sponge that never has to be wrung out. Bet Sylar would kill to have that power, then he wouldn't have to kill them (although I'm sure he still would) he'd just have to find them.
