Well. Clark does love her and can't stand the fact that she loves Lex is more appropiate.

Not to mention she slipped in tongue at the loft. Lana was still at her hypocritcal best.

lana is of course still in love with clark. although there probably is some truth to what she said about clark not being happy she's with lex. but the fact that lana is pregnant played in lex's favor. it would be interesting to see how she would've chosen if she was not pregnant. although based on that last scene between lex and the doctor perhaps there is more to lana's pregnancy then meets the eye.......i think the rest of this season is gonna be pretty sweet

Haha, I'm starting to agree with that sentiment.
A few episodes ago, she admits to Lex that she still loves Clark but then says, "Ah, but I'll marry you anyways."

Now Clark says, "Ah, don't marry him, marry me!" and she starts going psycho on him and saying he doesn't really love her when really ... that's all she wants to hear.

I know she's probably a very confused girl but sheesh, make up your mind, lady! Hehe.
