I agree it was cold yes but not as bad as they hyped it,he actually whisper so only she would hear it.It was obvious she's a choice of his he's jus not ready to giveup that normal life(Lana).Thats what I got from it,he does out his feelings but makes it clear that he has unfinish bizzness wit lana first :rolleyes: .I think this will sort of push chloe's decision next week cause tho clark said those things to her at the party jimmy wasn't there.So clark's words didn't effect chlimmy like it was spoiled,only him wreckin the party which jimmy wasn't there for,so he doesn't kno how serious it got.Plus if clark kidnap lana cause he supposingly went crazy and still wants her then why have jimmy try to force chloe into pickin him.I think clark's words struck a chord and chloe will really have to think whether to get in the middle of the clana drama or not(Which I think she wont and clark will have to pine alil).But I agree they threw a bone at chlarkers tonight as they did for all the ships only to leave it open for later :rolleyes: .AlMiles need to makeup their minds who does clark want,cause tho he luvs lana he is makin it known he has feelings elsewhere 2.Plus he his convo wit martha is clear that he has issue to sort out(She makes it clear he may feel sumthin for all 3 girls).

I thought the conversation he had w Martha at the very end was very telling....asking her if he wanted to kiss Lois, and keep Chloe in his back pocket while he still wasnt over Lana....and the dueling anvils just keep on coming :lol: . Chloe got pushed down by Jimmy, Clark, and Lois....and its all about the Chlark :lol:Even EDLois saw it....i feel really bad for Jimmy though and Chloe couldnt even give him an honest answer about would she have Clark over him.....poor Jimmy! Hopefully it'll all be better after Tresspass and Freak.

i suppose as a Chlarker, i should be kinda happy about his "dont think i havent thought about it"....but honestly, despite the fun episode, and the cool Clois super-jump (which i liked even though i dont ship Clois)....as a fan of Chlark and Chloe..i didnt like it one bit....

1) Didnt like that Lois pushed Chloe to the ground even though Lois as high....i didnt like that...but then again, it is just the reverse of Devoted when Chloe pulled out the hammer huh....so not too mad about that..

2)...but i didnt like the description of the girls that Clark used at the end...."wants to kiss Lois, keep Chloe in his back pocket, but still in love with Lana"..CRAP. First, i dont like how that line was written because it gives the impression that Chloe is a "back pocket" girl...and she is FAR FROM IT....that is very degrading to her character...actually to ANY female on this show.

I hate how TPTB give her the short end of the stick! I did like the way Clark said "Dont think i havn't thought about it" line....as evil as it was, the way he said it....was pretty hot! haha. I also hated the back pocket coment! Chloe is far from being an anyone's back pocket...and i think she's finally starting to realize that...so props for her! Someone said it wasn't nice how Chloe couldn't tell Jimmy the truth about who she would choose....but I don't think she was intentionally lying to Jimmy, she was trying to convince herself more then anyone. Thats why we got the long pause....I'm sure she was telling herself "you are over Clark!" She knows she's worth more then second best....and I hope that if chlark ever does happen it's because he realizes how amazing she is....and is getting over Lana. Because if she is just filler space, I would honestly not want them together! It's either all or nothing.

I agree clark seem confused at the end and thats why martha tells him he'll have to figure things out.Clark embarrass himself so bad that now he's at odds wit both lana/chloe,or atleast he thinks.Lana will forgive him cause she's learn sumthin,where as chloe has forgiven his outburst but will be in denial/mad at him cause he cant makeup his mind and its effectin her life.If clark made his mindup and quick throwin mix signals out I think chloe would have fallen for jimmy wit no prob and balance bein close wit clark.But she couldn't because of their vessel moment,and since then clark has thrown mix signals wit her.And its jus now startin to effect her relationship wit jimmy and now hearin clark talk about lana again makes it worse.She knows clark isn't as sure as he think,and now others kno she isn't as sure either.She wants clark but think she cant have him,so she tries to move on.Yet he keeps givin these mix signals that there's hope and she stays close incase he does see her diff.But now she'll have to backoff cause she doesn't want to be in his backpocket.So tho she's not now she'll cutoff any signs that she will be while he process his feelings.So I agree,tonight jus showed signs of chlark shiftin from clark bein incontrol to finally chloe bein the 1

I agree her pause wit jimmy was to convince herself,jus like early she tried convincin herself she wasn't jealous.Tho she knows clark secret I dont think it was as big of an issue as sum anti's claim,it was more so about her feelings for clark startin to show again.Jus like last week we got the sad look this week we saw her go all out to get lois off of clark that even jimmy points out it wasn't about lois but another girl showin interest in clark.She's understood that she doesn't deserve to be his default thats why she's datin jimmy,its jus that now jimmy realizes that he is the default and she really does want clark.He jus doesn't understand why she wont tell him since they r so close,so he pushes her to admit things she wouldn't dare now.She is in denial that was obvious in chlimmy last scene,she luvs clark but is tryin to admit that she isn't jus settlin for jimmy/waitin for clark.The prob was jimmy words struck a chord when he said if that was him that did those things she would hate him.It wasn't really about the secret but more so of chloe denyin she still has feelings,which is why she could only say "Ur my guy".That was 2 force and jimmy picked up on it,which leads to a complete break next week for them cause I expect her to try to deny her feelings again and even say sumthin she doesn't truly mean.Cause clark isn't the prob for chlimmy chloe's denial is...So I agree after the breakup she'll be so upset wit clark/and herself that she'll backoff cause of the clana drama and will deny summore prob by sayin she's move on from clark.So that if chlark does happen clark has to prove that he wants her and not because lana is taken,cause chloe wont settle for it anymore.

Well it's good to see that no matter what Chlarkers are still optimistic (well most of us anyway)
This episode was a blow to me, but then again I expected it, and I plan to read a lot of fanfiction, watch fan vids and look at Chlark pics to get this bad taste out of my mouth. If I ever needed a Chlark pill I need one now.

My sister watched this ep at her boyfriends house and told him that she knew I wouldn't be happy, so she came home early to console me. Though I feel a little better, I can still agree to what Meg is feeling. Then to add insult to injury, we get a Clana trailer shown for next week. I only hope to get out of this funk enough to at least try to enjoy Tresspass next week but I don't know..............

I think that the spoiler about how harsh Clark is to Chloe was BLOWN WAY OUT OF PROPORTION! Although Clark was a little evil, he was so sexy, when he knelt down beside Chloe and told her that all of those years of unrequited pining may actually pay off. Clark was even sexier when he seductively whispered into her ear Not that I haven't thought about it. I LOVED how he seductively smiled as he said it. Also, did you notice that Lois was confused, because she heard what Clark said? I thought that was very interesting that the writers threw that in there. It was also ironic that Lois pushed Chloe down on the ground, because she thought that Chloe was making fun of her feelings for Clark. Lois must have gotten upset, because she saw the way Clark acted with Chloe and didn't like it. It almost seems like they're preparing us for yet again another triangle, Lois/Clark/Chloe :rolleyes:.

To make matters worse, next week Chloe will have to rethink her feelings for Clark in the midst of her break-up with Jimmy and the never-ending CLANA drama. The only way that I will be happy with the CHIMMY break-up is if Clark also rethinks his feelings for Chloe. In some ways, I hope that Chloe will avoid him a little or back-off temporaily, so Clark can see what he has been missing. Granted, Clark still has feelings for Lana, :rolleyes:BUT he made it PERFECTLY CLEAR that he felt something MORE than friendship towards Chloe. Although I was disappointed with the outcome of Crimson, it did INSPIRE some HOPE for CHLARKERS:

Clark seemed jealous/annoyed, when Jimmy grabbed Chloe at the Talon and kissed her in front of him.

At the engagement party, he knelt down beside Chloe and told her that all of those years of unrequitive pining may actually pay off. He also seductively whispered in her ear that he couldn't say that he hasn't thought about it, meaning a relationship.

After Clark is back to his normal self, he asks his mom if she believed everything that he said about her and Chloe. Martha responded by saying that she felt that there was a grain of truth in everything he said. During this conversation, I think he begins to REALIZE that he may have feelings for his best friend.

All through Crimson, there is tension between CHIMMY. Jimmy has noticed even BEFORE Crimson that there are some unresolved feelings between Chloe and Clark. After questioning Chloe about her feelings for Clark, Jimmy is not convinced that she is over Clark. This leads to their tear-jerking break-up.

Of course with any positives, there are always negatives:

Although Clark was under the influence of red-k, he has at least thought about kissing Lois, because he kisses her up until he got to the engagement party.

During his conversation with Martha, he describes all of his feelings for Lana, Lois, and Chloe. I hated it that he thought of Chloe as his "back-pocket" girl :rolleyes:.

At the engagement party, he pretty much told Chloe that after Lana was officially married, then they could have a chance at a relationship (back-pocket girl = second choice) :( .

Crimson CLEARLY set-up tension for all three ships, BUT IMO, CHLARK has the upper hand. In the next episode, I have a feeling that Chloe will start pushing Clark away, because she sees another CLANA moment:rolleyes:. She may also get scared once she realizes that Lana knows Clark's secret. She may think that Clark may not need her anymore, because now the woman that he loves knows his true identity. This will cause FRICTION between CHLARKANA. I think that Chloe will continue to deny her feelings for Clark and distance herself more from him. Clark will notice that Chloe is avoiding him, and it will really start to bother him. His TRUE feelings for Chloe will begin to surface, and Lana won't be happy with it, creating more tension for CHLANA. Lana will probably get possesive and jealous over Clark and will confront Chloe. This will all lead to a major blow-out between CHLARKANA. Clark will see that he has to make a choice between the two girls, and this time, I think that he'll pick Chloe. Unfortunately, it may be too late, because Chloe may think that he still wants Lana. Also, there's Jimmy to think about.

As for the CLOIS, I don't think that their relationship will change too much this season, considering that Lois won't be around as much in the upcoming episodes. Of course there will be some awkward moments, but it is way too soon for CLOIS (still too many issues between Lana and Chloe).

Sorry for rambling, but I just had to point out the GOOD (CHLARK), the BAD (CLOIS), and the UGLY (CLANA)! Let's just hope that my predictions of CHLARK are right;) . I want Clark to pine for Chloe for awhile, making HIM realize that she is THE GIRL OF HIS DREAMS AND THAT SHE WAS WORTH THE WAIT! :p

Honestly, at this point we have the most pathetic relationship in the not at all legendary romance of Slut Lois and Clark. The creepy lady gives her a love potion mixed with meteor rock which dumb as a box of meteor rocks, Lois uses when she should know better. That in itself is pathetic that she thinks she should use some entracing drug to snare a man. The weird lady tells her it will be the first man she sees so it happens to be Clark. It could have been any random guy. But Slut Lois zeroes in on Clark, a guy she has dissed and treats with disdain most of the time. This was very similar to Devoted but with that essential difference: Lois willingly uses a love potion to get any guy at all.

Then we see Clark first totally repulsed, only interested when he gets drugged by the Red K, and dumping Slut Lois when he thinks of Lana, icky in itself, I know but still. And then we see Nois sits weeping and whining at the table, eating herself sick and crying what has she got that I haven't got? Brains? Even a tiny semblance of a real personality? A voice that doesn't grate on my last nerve? A few smarts, perhaps?

And people have the nerve to say Chloe isn't tough and she's pathetic becsue she loves Clark even now? Chloe has never tried to ensnare him by using a love potion. That was just all kinds of pathetic, especially when you consider Clark and Chloe have a history, Clark has said he had feelings for Chloe before, Clark has been shown jealous and possessive of Chloe and of Nois? Not in the least. And now, if all the BIG CLUES haven't been enough, Clark admits it to Chloe to her face. He is interested and he has thought about it. It was cruel, yes. But it was the truth.

I don't see it so much as Chloe being the consolation prize, but that Clark has feelings for her - he's never acted on - YET.


Truthfully, I would rather Chloe be someone he cares about, than Lois who has been presented as nothing but easy physical attraction. POA.

Plus, wouldn't this make Nois look monumentally bad if she were to go for Clark now? THis is Chloe whom she supposedly loves like a sister and would do anything for, including hurt Clark if he hurts Chloe; remember her words to him? If Lois was actually interested in Clark now, knowing Chloe cares for him, dated him first, after her tough talk about Chloe meaning so much to her? It would not only violate those rules of dating but make Lois look like a slut. Oh, wait, the writers and producers already did that.

They've totally painted themselves into a corner here. The rule is you don't date someone your friend/ relative dated first or the ex, either one. Especially after you've given us Lois who cares for Chloe and Clark who cares for and has a history with, Chloe. This makes Lois look horrible, a liar, a bad friend, much less sister figure. Even if they were to try and hand us, Clark falls for Chloe and then Chloe dies, Lois ends up being second best. And Lois Lane should never be second best.

After seeing the episode I don't think Clark's line to Chloe really meant anything at all. He did not imply that once Lana is off the market he and Chloe would finally get their chance. Go back and watch the scene again. Clark says something like, Chloe I'm not surprised to see you here celebrating. Once Lana is off the market all those years of unrequited pining might actually pay off. Don't think I haven't thought about it. Clark was verbalizing what he thought Chloe was thinking, not actually what he was thinking. IMO Clark's last line to her was something that he thought about but over the years he has not acted on it. Clark and Lana are still in love. I'm not sure why people think both Clark and Lana are pathetic for still feeling something for each other or why Clark has yet to get over Lana. He ended (badly) with Lana b/c he could not be honest and so he thought he was doing the right thing. He did not end it saying that he did not love her anymore (Clark lied to Lana so she would hate him).

Which leads to me think that Chloe can also be viewed as pathetic and such for still clinging to Clark after all these years. Why she is not just a pathetic or whatever else people call Clana is beyond me. Plus I think Jimmy made some valid points about how he views Chloe. She is always with Clark. She always makes excuses for his behavior. I actually felt sorry for Jimmy these last few episodes as it seemed Chloe is more interested in Clark than her own boyfriend. Chloe clearly did not like the fact that Jimmy brought Lois as a setup for Clark. And I think Jimmy was right ... that Chloe does not like it when either Lana or Lois get in between them. If Chloe was really over Clark and wanted to make it work with Jimmy, then why would she not encourage Clark to tell Lana his secret so they could be together. They both know how dangerous and deceitful Lex is.

Again, I just do not think Chlark makes sense at this point in the series. Plus for season 7, a Clark, Lana, Chloe triangle is just not as exciting or dramatic as much as Clark, Lana, Lex whether or not people like it.
