I didn't think the kiss in 'Hydro' was hot at all...thus,why the script had to talk it up to make it look hotter than it was...the close up looked like two twelve year olds experiencing their first kiss..Chloe kisses her Jimmy much hotter than that...whip cream and all.(wink)that being said..and that being my opinion...surely redClark can kiss his future wife better than that when not inhibited...if not..sad sad married life ahead of him.

Of course the Hydro kiss wasn't meant to be hot at all. Clark knows who's kissing who, why would he want to take advantage of that? I think his brain was his lifesaver for once, yelling at him that it was Oliver's girlfriend you're kissing BDA, don't get too much into it.

The reason? Not exactly the kiss, but the look on Clark's face when he zoomed off to safety and then stripped off the costume to get a look at his face. It was kind of like a "Wow" look, and I love it.

Neither one; they were both awful Hydro was played for comic relief and was not serious in any way. Crimson was just pathetic when we saw howe repulsed Clark was until he was "Drunk" on Red K and only then could he stomach Lois. THe kissed were totally fuelked literally by the Red K lipstick and remember he dumped her anyway. Clark cares nothing for this awful girl romantically.

Uhm, Chlark fan I assume? LOL! Clark was in denial and sorely avoiding to be tempted by Lois. Did you see how fast he ran? It's basically a reaction of someone close to temptation and trying his best to keep his wits, considering he already picked up that Lois is under an influence of something. So this is a guy who is basically trying to resist his attraction, and still trying to deny it himself. First of all, I think he is insecure when it comes to Lois considering that Lois always teases him about being a dork and stuff. It would be totally embarrassing to admit that he's totally attracted to Lois - which he really is! That's why under the RedK influence, he had to show off and fly Lois away. Looks to me like someone who badly needs an approval. Interesting enough, he did not feel the same urge to show the same powers to Lana. Eh?

By the way, I think he's lying. I think something happened to him and Lois. Can you really take this guy at face value?

In the kitchen we get to see what happens after the DC ends and Clark is enjoying the position he is in with Lois when he suddenly remembers "something is off with Lois" and deeks her with the CD. He could have used his superpowers to hold her at bay but instead runs away. He was tempted to let a kiss happen and couldn't trust staying in the same room with her acting like that. Smart girl when she later drags him into the confines of a phone booth. No easy getaways but then again he could have pushed her away....

Showing off superpowers? Good point that since he is so insecure with Lois normally he had something to prove to her. He didn't want to be seen as "dorky farmboy" to her as she usually teases him about being. As for Lana, he just had to ruin her party and get her away from Lex. Interesting difference.
