I thought it was nice that Clark finally got a chance to interact with a fellow superhero who was older than him, as so-far most of them have been "in training" around the same age. It makes sense being that this is the tale of a young Clark Kent, but still it was interesting for once to see Clark interact with John/Martian Manhunter who is obviously not a teenager, or even a young adult. I hope they bring him back a few more times, especially if there's another season. Wouldn't even mind him being a mentor type figure to Clark.
In all, really liked Labyrinth. But everything I'd want to say about this one has already been said in other posts, so no need to say anymore.

I love that he's older. He seemed similar to Jonathan in a way. I got the wise vibe from him which I loved. Great character to bring on the show.
Do you think Clark realizes he said he was from Mars? He didn't seem interested in the fact that he's not the only Intergallactic Traveler on Earth. I thought he would be more excited.

not only is he an adult, but he possesses vast knowledge and wisdom beyond that of most other people. He also makes many of the decisions in the future Justice League that Superman cannot decide on.

Yeah. MM is cool. I just wish they would have made his debut in Static better by having him & Clark work together with him disappearing the same way he did. Static would have been awesome if MM was dressed as a cop in Seattle also looking for Aldar and if the majority of the episode would have been about their investigation and battle against Aldar. And some actual 33.1 scenes with the freaks in their cages with Lex walking around and talking to them would have been great too.
I LOVE his special effects--the eyes & his flight with that red streak in the sky.

Yeah. I defiently see him as a mentor to Clark. I was a little disapointed that Clark didn't get a chance to talk to him much after MM saved him. But that scene where he flew away with his red eyes was really cool. I can't wait to see more of him.

Another great thing will be when Clark finds out that MM has been on earth longer than Clark has even been alive (unless the show retconns that!).
I remember from one of the more recent comics where MM and Kal are talking and MM says that he might have been on Earth first but that it was Clark 'going public' that made J'onn able to operate in the public eye.
Though J'onn is older I still see so much respect for Kal in their relationship (as it should be) and I can't wait to see that on the show.
Plus, Clark will find out he's not the only one with a food addiction (Clark and his pie, J'onn and his oreo cookies!). heh.

I can't wait. I just hope that when it comes time for his training, he will be alone in that matter since that is one thing he shouldn't get any help from anyone except his lovable bottle of soap.

I hope MM teaches Clark how to take flight, like, push him down the Grand Canyon or something.
