Talk about the crazy ending we just witnessed! Clark, Lana, and Lex sharing a happy moment. Clark saying his feelings. Its like the Smallville universe got turned upside down.

It hasn't even happened yet.
the phantom looked crazy as hell. MM was awesome when he flew away. And Shelby saved the day!!!!

I was kinda hoping MM would explain who he was and how he knew who Clark was. Still a few minutes left; maybe an explaination is coming. :\

The downside to this episode showed itself. It didn't really end. I know people always complain when things end too many times, but we needed one more scene between CK and MM to wrap things up.

It seems that these episodes are getting shorter and shorter.
it's open ended for him to come back and explain himself

Well its been said that MM will probably be back later this season but it was quite disappointing not to see Clark and MM talk at the end.

Exactly. This would've been the perfect episode to have a Clark and MM loft scene, kind of like we got at the end of Splinter last year with Milton Fine. It would be an amazing bit of storytelling to match the epi's up like that.

MM is going to be back in more than one episode :D
"TVGuide.com: Are you just on the one episode for now?
Morris: No, I'll be doing [multiple shows]. Hopefully, I'll be doing a ton of them, but definitely more than one."

There wasnt enough time for MM to tell Clark why he was there. Clark knows hes from Mars because MM said but before they could get into a deep conversation, Chloe showed up and he had to leave because as far as he knows, it was some average joe walking in the barn, and not Clarks best friend who knows everything that has to do with Clark.

I really don't like the ending, it left a lot of ends untied- and just seemed to turn all this focus to something that's already been said.
Hey- we got it! Clark loves Lana, gotcha. We also know that Lexana is getting married- and yes, you told us they were dating like what, 100 times now? Yes. We get it. We're smart.

Well I think Al Gough did say the series will be driven by the love triangle that is Clexana.

i think the 3 needed a happy moment after everything that happened. i hope that they make peace with eachother.

I really wanted to know more about the MM. I suppose it was a tease and we'll have to keep watching to find out more. I thought the ending with Lana and Lex was a bit boring, but I know why they did it. (it's obvious if you read spoilers) The scene with Chloe was nice, wish it could have been a little longer. There is usually a lot packed into these episodes, which is why we get the brief scenes at the end.

Yeah. A cliffhanger in some sort of way. I don't mind at all.

I agree. That was odd because the week before Lex and Clark were fighting... wtf?

I didn't understand why she did that. It seemed she was content with Lex and was relieved that Lex showed up when he did to take her away from Clark.

Clark's reaction to Lex was a little bizarre. At this point, Clark knows that Lex has done some genuinely evil things (last week he kidnapped and tortured Bart). That's not the sort of thing where you let bygones be bygones. Of course, Clark cannot let on that he knows about everything that Lex has done without giving away his secret, but Clark should be giving Lex the cold shoulder all the time. But the purpose of the scene was to show Clark trying to accept that Lana is with somebody else now. We'll see how long that lasts!

I like this ending, it reminded me of the good old days of the innocence between Clark and Lana.

Definitely.
It reminded me of the good ol' days, so to speak. I thought the ending was quite good. Yes, yes... I know Clark is supposed to be with Lois and enemies with Lex.. but it was nice to seen normal Lana and friendly Lex for a change, lol.
Very cool episode, ones where Clark goes nuts are always interesting.
MM was awesome. Can't wait to see more of him.

Basically Clark fought off the Dr and his helpers saying out loud i know who i am and then woke up in his barn where the MM helped him extract a phantom from his body which was causing his illusions of what his life would be like with no powers.
