well as vic said he's the big gunz,that walk was sumthin serious luv the final effect.But then again the epi as awhole is hands down the best this season/1 of the best on the show period

I didn't think that shot was corny at all...I thought they did an awesome job with that whole sequence.
Gives you an idea of what the Smallville Justice League version would look like.

I agree with the corny part, and will add "unnecessary to keep the episode awesome". The ep was fantastic, but the two shots of the guys walking was just poo...unless you're a drooling fanboy. LOL (no offense, fanboys...LOL) There was too much other cool stuff happening for those two walk-aways to even be considered - bart running a freakin' billion miles an hour in the cage-ish thing, him running at super-fast speed separate from them slowing the shot down to show Clark running fast, Cyborg knocking the two guards back after running through them, GA shooting the tank behind Lex but getting his face in the process??!?!?!?!?!?!?! CMON!!!! :D
