i know bruce wayne will not be on smallville this season or maybe not even next season but wouldnt it be cool if at the end of justice ollie says when he leaves town with bart aurther and victor he says ti clark hes got another guy hes been wanting to recruit some guy in gothem or spmthing anyway thought that if they couldnt have him on the show it be cool to mention him

I wish. But the answer is no.
Something with lawyers, rights, authors, batman movie, red tape, and other bogus problems.
!WE WANT BRUCE on SMALLVILLE!

That would be so sweet but i dont know about the rights to Batman though. They wanted Wonder Woman in the Justice League but couldnt because of legal reasons. That would be awesome though if they mentioned like, Ollie going to Gotham and mabye say, "i only know that hes rich and his initials, B.W." if i get a mention of Gotham or Bruce in "Justice" or this season or next, i will be so happy. Theyve mentioned Gotham 2 times now, all they have to do now, is mention Bruce in some fashion.

Maybe not even Bruce in costumes, you know? Just have him doing some business with Oliver or something.

That scenario wouldn't make any sense because Bruce Wayne doesn't have any superpowers so there would be no point in recruiting him.

Just so everyone reading knows, while it is true that the Batman/Bruce Wayne character is legally partly owned by three different companies; DC being the majority owner of the rights, give them the final say whether or not Batman/Bruce is to be seen or mentioned at any time.
It is because of that reason that I am certain that DC will eventually give in and support the idea of Bruce being used on the show at some point. However it can be assumed that the director for the new Batman movie franchise had been approached with the idea and expressed that he'd rather not have a charcter he's been building for a new interpretation to be redone in a live action series - at least not unless it's brief and done in a very subtle way.
Much like AlMiles being turned down by Joel Silver for (more than likely) having a crappy Wonder Woman pitch for the Justice episode.

do you know the batman mythos? bruce does not become batman until he is 30? or later I suppose. Well, I doubt that Batman will be mentioned because Batman isnt supposed to be like 10 or 15 years older than Superman.
I don't think they mention Bruce or even hint at him. Smallville has already referenced Gotham City in Reunion and Hydro. To make a reference about Bruce would only add to suspicion that he's coming to Smallville when in reality he is not. If he is mentioned in "Justice", then I can guarantee that most people would be in this forum already coming up with ideas of how he will be introduced. Some people here take things a little too far.

Bruce only requires business stuff, and that would require him. I don't think 33.1 is that big of a deal to call out a lot of superheroes.

Ollie kind of takes the role of Batman in this junior Justice League...the money, the gadgets, the brains behind the operation. Since we can't have the Bat, I'm cool with it.

even if they say the Billionaire from Gotham or anything like that, we would all know who they are refering to but as it's been sauid here D.C. will OK Batman being in at least 1 episode. I can't wait till they send these Zoners back so we could see where this develops.

"Corto Maltese" was a sly reference to Batman from Steve DeKnight.
Frank Miller used the name for the island in dispute which would be triggering a nuclear attack in "The Dark Knight Returns". Miller has acknowledged that it was a reference to the french comic "Corto Maltese."
Since TDKR, Corto Maltese has also shown up as a place name in other DC Comics.
The DeKnight Returns!
Let's just hope SDK sticks around!

It makes sense that Oliver Queen doesn't have Bruce Wayne in his radar because Bruce is not superpowered. At this point in his life, Bruce is playing it very low key while he's training his mind and body.
If (and that's a big IF) we see Bruce in Smallville, it would most likely be in some CEO conference that Luthor, Queen, and Wayne would all be attending. What would be the oddest thing in the episode is that the others would comment about how Wayne is always so moody and needs to lighten up ("Rumor has it that ever since his parents were killed he lost all his sense of humor...").
In an episode like this, it would be Bruce that suddenly realizes something is going on with heroes, with perhaps him witnessing Green Arrow. The episode would not focus on people suspecting Bruce of greatness, but more of Bruce suspecting there is a lot more he can do for himself.
