Anyone able to make to make moving avatars?

I was wondering if anyone could make moving avatars. I want to make an avatar with a scene from animaninacs where the warner siblings are wiggling, and i want a continuous wiggle. I could prvide the screen caps, i just need someone who could put the avatar together.

if you want to make a moving avatar i suggest going to corel's website or google: Jasc Animation Shop 3. there should be a free download with a trial period of 30 days. its really easy to figure out and that way you can make it exactly as you want it
