this was the first time since season 4 since we saw the Talon and I was glad to see it but who the hell is running it I dont think lana or martha are

We've seen the Talon every season. Lois moved into the apartment last season. Lex made fun of Lois by calling her a muffin peddler when he ordered his coffee in an episode (Solitude or Fanatic I think).

I guess you mean the coffee shop part? Because we've the apartment over the coffee shop plenty I think, with Chloe staying their with Lois this season.

But the downstairs coffee part of the Talon was also in Reckoning for JK's victory party...and in Hypnotic when Simone hypnotized Clark there...and in Fade when Clark followed invisible Graham with super hearing...ok I'll stop haha
