I don't know about you guys but I didn't like the way Lana tried to corner Chloe about Clark's secret. She almost seemed mad at Chloe. I think it was a little hyprocritical to expect Chloe to keep Lana's secret, but then have the gall to think she'll tell her Clarks. What did you guys think?

Agreed. Lana reminded me of Lex.

She's been hanging around Lex too much.

I guess she just really wants to know. I kinda thought that Lana suspected Chloe and Clark having a fling - but then she changed her attitude a bit half-way through the convo.

This might be leading into Lana asking Lex about it - or breaking down to Lex and to have him try and find out about Clark.

Clark is better off without Lana - imo

BTW - Clarksgal - love your avatar lol :D

Completely agree. Clark was guilty of the same thing, but Chloe told him off for it. I was upset Lana didn't get the same treatment. Honestly, at this point I'm seriously wondering why Chloe is bothering even being Lana's friend anymore, she could seriously do better.

The whole Chloe/Lana dynamic is just proof of TPTB allowing Lana to treat her friends however she wants and never having to suffer real consequences for any of her actions. Seriously, in the past two seasons alone, there have been plenty of coffin nails driven into that "friendship" and yet somehow, Lana always ends up back in Chloe's good graces. It just doesn't really make sense to me, and I'm looking forward to when Chloe tells Lana off like we all know she's capable of doing.

Yes, I would love to see that. I'd also love for Lois to stop being Lana's friend, leaving her completely alone (save for Lex, who I don't think really loves her). This is what Lana deserves from the type of behaviour she has been displaying to everyone.

I have been wondering when Lana became Chloe's "Best friend" anyway.
I know they shared a room for a while, but they never hung out much.
That don't make people best friends.

In typical Smallville fashion, they waited until all the viewers blinked, and when everyone opened their eyes Chloe and Lana were "best friends". That statement is a bit weak, I mean other than Chloe and to some minor extent Lois, Lana doesn't have any friends.

Chloe has stated more than once about her "Best friend" being Lana, when she said it I thought to myself, "I thought Clark was".

I guess they became chummy waiting in line at Smallville Saving & Loan to get another car. It seems they have a new model every other month.
From SUV to the VW Beetle to the new Hybred, they go through a lot of loans there.

I agree... but to me, Lana has never been a good friend to Chloe anyway.. dating back to the very beginning when she KNEW Chloe had feelings for Clark but Lana kept leading Clark on and then Lana even found the letter from "Fever" that Chloe had written to Clark but still went back to Clark. Now, I realize Lana and Clark loved one another but at the beginning, they did not. Lana just wanted to see if she could get Clark and in doing so, hurt Chloe very badly. I can't believe Chloe even talks to her anyway but after the way she behaved this episode, I would say that her day is coming... she will feel Chloe's wrath!

It was a creepy scene. Lana looked like she wanted to pounce on Chloe. Lana looked very menacing. Good acting on KK's part.

I don't kno if you think about it, ok it made a little more sense when clark wouldn't tell anyone but now she knows chloe knows so that would make me pissed at clark not chloe. Yes it was bad of her to think chloe was going to tell her./

Wasn't there some glaring looks and eye-rolling between those two back in high school? Chloe jealous that Clark liked that cheerleader type and Lana thinking Chloe was the resident newspaper nerd. Then all of the sudden, Lana moves in.
