Clark enjoyed using his powers in disguise?

I thought that was pretty cool when he saved Lois and Jimmy wearing the GA costume, and right after the save they showed his face and he was smiling. It must have been very gratifying for him to use his powers and not be recognized. Nice revelation IMO.

I think it was a little bit more about the kiss. But he was clearly exhilirated by the situation as a whole, too, which would've had a lot to do with the disguise.

I agree and wish he could have shown his ablilities alil more but I do think he was amused that he got to use them without worryin that sumone who notice him.But what I thought was funny was him not bein to use to the arrows,it was funny when he reach for them and couldn't grab em haha.Clark was a lousy GA haha,but it was cool that he got to flaunt his abilities tho

I actually didn't realise he even did the kiss until they talked about it later since I had stepped out of the room for a minute. My first thought was him enjoying the disguise.

Like people can interpret the sad look on Clark face during the dinner scene to be Clark being alone and had nothing to do with the text message Chloe recieved from Jimmy, I chose to see his smirk to be his public use of powers, the disguise, and that his plan worked and had nothing to do with the kiss.

and I thought at first it was the kiss that had given him that look of 'revelation" BUT it does make sense now that the exhilaration he got from being able to use his piowers in a disguise like that, just might have had a lot to do with it! :)

Same here. I think he was happy saving people and showing his true self without having to hide or worry. And this is a very important first, since it shows that he will gladly want to become Superman and help people.

I also don't think he was sad at that dinner scene. I think he was appreciating everything he had in his life like his dad taught him. And perhaps he was looking at the friends & family around him and noticed how he could never partake in a normal life like they have and knows that he must soon be leaving them to do what he must.

It must feel good for Clark to use his powers with someone see it (without the worry of his identity). Especially since he has been hiding it for so long. Receiving a thank you (Kiss) for saving the day is always nice. Think doing a great job at work and not getting any praise, this is Clark's present situation.

Well after that kiss he got slapped, and even though it didn't hurt him, it probably left a distasteful memory of the kiss. I really think at this point it was being his true self without having to hide it as much that he was smiling about.
