Can anyone describe it in detail for me? I saw the rest of the episode but then I shut off the TV in dissapointment. Whats all the fuss about?

You'd think, with Lex being as rich as he is, he'd at least be able to provide the fundings for working lights in a top security, high level secret place, or whatever you want to call it. The light was flickering the whole way down the hall during his slow-mo walk...tsk, funding these days.

Lex did have a top-security high level facility for 33.1, but it was moved by Lionel, remember? Lionel probably moved it to a more run-down, but better hidden location. Plus run-down places make much better evil lairs. :P
