I doubt it, I'm sure Clark or Chloe would've found out about a Zoner crash-landing right next door.

Well it must symbolise something surely? They should have showed us how Clark knocked him out. For all we know Clark could have put the zoner in the crystal lol...

Maybe Mcnally will return hehe.

I doubt it was just dirt. They looked extremely black, and the way the camera zommed on them should mean the black finger nails have a bigger meaning.

His fingertips looked either dead or terribly frostbitten (which would just be weird...). But they did focus on them for just a second longer than seemed necessary. I wonder if/when we'll see him again?

They for sure have a bigger meaning. For one they recovered him, I wasn't expecting that scene at all, and then the focus on the fingertips?? I think they might have come in contact with something in that last fight scene. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I think the camera showing his extremely dirty fingers as Lex walks away could possibly symbolize Lex's own hands are dirty figuratively speaking, with what he's doing to people.

nice way to look. didnt go that deep in the thinking proces over big mac's fingertips. but that sure is a nice way to interpret the scene.

Do realize that when the series is over and people watch the reruns on dvd's n all, you think they would care when was this episode shot? in winter or summer? You gotta look more broader than just what month they are currently releasing these episodes.

The episode was moved. It was supposed to be earlier in the season.

McNally's fingertips are just super black and close up for the same reason during season 4 Lana kept pulling out her elemental stone, unwrapping it, and staring at it in public places, because they wanna make sure us, the viewers, can follow that this is in fact what is going on. The guy who Lex is putting with the others, just so everyones clear, is the farmer guy. Thats what the point of the closeup was.
BTW, did anyone find it odd that after Clark PUTS A GUY IN A COMA IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIELD, he and Javier just waltz away and go meet his mother?, presuming what? Mcnally was dead and would just rot on the side of the road? Mcnally was gonna wake up and start murdering people again? Mcnally was in a coma and die of exposure? I mean, the guys bad but generally Clark calls the police or makes some effort to see if the villians ok.

I assumed that Clark called someone (the sheriff & medical services). Lex probably has a guy in his pocket that he paid off.
