Who cares? Did you like it? No? Yes? That's all that matters.

Personaly I was not impress by the epi. But not disapointed at all. I jsut find it sad that a popular site as IGN gave 4/10 for a Smallville epi

mmh i dont really care about what critics say , overall i liked the episode , the only part i disliked is that they focused too much on little javier i noe it was the Plan A of the epi but they tried to make u sob over his little story ; but I didnt react at ALL!! I mean it's too comon in tv series the I crossed the border over america thing .

I loved the ending that was by far one the best best endings in smallville ever!! I freaking loved it , im hoping to see more of Lex like that in the second half of the season. Im willing to best that the episode justice will be focused around something that lex is up to

I think they were being generous with 4/10. The only credit I gave in this episode were to all things Lex.

This episode was a dog. And no, not Shelby, because he's much better than this episode.

It still didn't beat Whither, because there was enough Clark in the episode to keep me (drooling) and happy, but Subterranean was really very pathetic!

Well, I only use the toilet there, once in a while. So: yes, I did know about that one...

Evil Lex and the Clana scene in the end is the only thing worth watching.

I was laughing out loud when Jimmy was trying to make Clark his 'bro'.. it was really very silly. Tom actually looked bored in that scene!

and btw IGN don't rate very good...they agve 8 to static and 8.4 to wither!

Subterranean seemed like a filler/standalone eppie. The previous eppies have been more exciting storywise. The only reason why I liked subterranean is because Clark was featured for the majority of the eppie.

How sad is that: Clark, the star of the show, has been reduced to filler episodes :(

Who DID like this episode? that's the queston.

Wasn't the original episode order shuffled around?

I think subterranean was supposed to be shown later in the season, but it was aired earlier for some reason... Am I remembering correctly?

:rotfl:  :rotfl:

Seriously. The only good thing about it was that Clark was proactive in his hero duties. He should be like that for basically every episode, so this isn't exactly a compliment.

I think it was the other way around.... Wasn't it supposed to be #3-5...? I think this way we got those weird epis without JO, where Ch(l)immy flourished offscreenville.

Whatever the case may be (shown earlier or later than intended), it made Subterranean awkward; like it didn't fit with anything at all. It's an orphan eppie.

Well, it was in between a 2 week break and an almost 1-month-break. It therefore is kind of an orphan epi, no?
