That's exactly what he said. Meaning the other super-powered humans he had locked up in the cells he passed while walking out of 33.1

I loved how all the freaks tried to grab Lex as he walked out. His slow motion walk with the awesome music in the background was so cool. The lighting on his face looked so evil. Half his face was dark while the other half had lighting symbolizing his semi-evilness!

I caught that too! :) Except, you notice, usually his face is really HALF and HALF, this time, his face was actually COVERED in darkness during certain moments, which I thought symbolized him totally becoming emersed in evilness! (Sorry, as a director I'm pretty obsessive about symbolism like that. I just LOVE it!) :)
