Actually, I was hoping we'd get a bit more in the way of FX but they must be saving the budget. They did, after all, waste all that money on FX for Ollie's arrows, for a gurest star and now there's a budget crisis no doubt. Couldn't we have seen one shot of Clark and the perp underground during the fight?

Nice thread title... when the episode started and the kid got sucked into the ground, I looked at my girlfriend and said, "I've seen this movie, it was called 'Tremors'". Glad I'm not the only one to go there. Now to parlay this for use in 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon...

Sorry, this episode reminded me more of Children of the Corn about the thing underground than Tremor's.

I thought of tremors too!! lol At the beginning rofl , i expected to see some freak worm , that got exposed to some kryprontie and turned into a giant maneating worm rofl ; ill admit i was kinda disapointed that it was only Mcchickien or watever his name was

I even thought that the monster was one of the thing escaped from the phantom zone.
