Season 2 had a lot of good ones... Heat, Red, Insurgence, Rush, Rosetta, Calling, and Exodus are my favorites.

Because season two is my favorite Smallville season (so far anyway), this is a really hard question to answer. "Heat", "Red", "Insurgence", and "Rosetta" are probably the four episodes which I find myself watching the most from season two though.

I love when we first see Clark on the Red K. Initially, its very interesting. I think in the later seasons they have somewhat overdone it but still I watch because its a contrast. I like Red, Heat, Rosetta, and Rush.

I think the relationships in this episodes are written very well and it was nice to see Clark completely vulnerable.

Hmm...My favorite Season 2 Episodes are:

1) I liked Heat when Clark Kent gets his first "heat vision."

2) Duplicity is the episode Pete learns Clark's secret. So, I will never forget that episode.

3) In Ryan, Clark rescues Ryan from Dr. Garner's experiments (Clark wanted to keep Dr. Garner from turning Ryan into a lab rat).

4) I loved Skinwalker. This is when Clark learns something about his life history (the story of Naman). The Naman comes from the stars, has the strength of 10 men, and can shoot fire from his eyes.

5) Rush (Tom Welling was really cute in this episode). One of my favorite episodes when Clark turns mean, after pete slips a red meteor rock in Clark's shirt pocket.

6) Rosetta (Clark learns that his real name is Kal El, and the planet he came from was Krypton). It was nice having Christopher Reeve on this episode.

Season 2 was one of my favorite seasons -- Smallville really seemed to be hitting its stride, especially since it began to deviate more from the FOTW formulaic episodes. There were many episodes I enjoyed, including "Vortex," "Duplicity," "Red," "Lineage," "Ryan," "Insurgence," "Suspect," "Rush," "Prodigal," "Fever," "Rosetta," "Visitor," "Calling," and "Exodus," with many others still being pretty good episodes. My VERY favorites were the two-part season finale, "Ryan," and "Fever" and "Rosetta."

lineage - i just liked seeing the actor who played little clark again.

The disc that always gets a lot of play from my S2 DVD set is the first disc. We get Vortex, Heat, Duplicity, and Red. Vortex for me is the most underrated season opener. I really love it. Heat is the best superpower episode of the series in my opinion. Duplicity is great because it was one of the few episodes to examine the Pete/Clark friendship and how Clark's secret affects them. Red just speaks for itself.

Aside from those four, I would have to say that I really enjoy Insurgence, Prodigal, Rosetta, Skinwalker, Calling, and Exodus.
