Ageless. And "Sacred". Basically any episode dealing with Lana/Jason/Three Stones. That story arc was terrible.

Story arc wasn't bad, its just that the...writing and the way they went about it was awful. I think they could have done a better job if they didn't introduce the witch and stuff. It would have been more effective.

Least favorite for me would be Ageless. I thought Season 4 was OK, but there were a lot more filler episodes than usual.

Ageless was BORING. But the one where they were all takin off ther clothes and crap, that was totally unecessary. I try to tell my momhow great a show Smallville is, but then they put episodes like that in. It's times like that I hate watching Smallville. He's Superman, not Hugh Hefner.

ditto that man...i've tried to covnince my momthat sv teaches good mora values but she walked in while i was watching unsafe w/ that innapropriate sex scene and also rush where chloe and clark are playing strip poker.. talk about bad timing...:rolleyes:

Unsafe was probably the best episode in the entire series, so i can't see your logic

Facade and Devoted definitely seem to take the cake here. Ageless was pointless, but meh, nothing in it really made me care one way or the other. I would say Lucy but there was that awesome truck jump and the spy stuff was pretty fun. The episode didn't really leave a lasting impression other than those few scenes, though.

I try to avoid "Ageless" at any cost. It feels like a Season 5 episode, and that's not a good thing.

I don't see this a lot, but "Krypto" as well. Yes, it introduced the awesomeness that is Shelby, but I remember not caring much for it when it aired (which is the only time I watched it).

"Facade" and "Devoted" get a lot of flack, but I thought they were great guilty pleasures, especially "Devoted." I watch both of these voluntarily, and they always brighten up my day. I think the biggest problem with them is that they were fillers that appeared extremely early, when people were wondering more about what the hell was going to happen this season than how many scenes we can watch that have Clark breaking Chloe's heart.

I hated Unsafe. I hated how red-k was used. My favorites from season 4 are Run, Transference, Onyx, Blank, Jinx, Scare, Spirit, Forever, and Commencement.

I thought Bound, Devoted, Facade and Pariah were OK.

Except for the flight scenes, Crusade was a big disappointment. Gone was horrible. Ageless was the worst. Like I said, I couldn't stand Unsafe either. Spell & Sacred were junk thanks to the witch plot. Lucy was one of the most boring episodes ever. Recruit and Krypto also sucked badly.

Ageless is my pick for worst episode ever. I have no clue what the producers were thinking when they made/wrote that episode. I usually am not as negative rating episodes were Clark looks good(see Subterrean), but Ageless story just that bad.

unfortunately this season marked the downfall of the series, with garbage like gone, facade, recruit, lucy, krypto, forever, pariah, unsafe, blank, spell, devoted etc.

i also didnt really like the intro of lois in this season she really served no purpose in season 4, she should have been introduced in s5 or s6

My vote for "least favorite" is a triple-tie, between Facade, Spell, and Forever. All of them had quite a few details that irked me, for one reason or another.

Hmm... From Season 4, there were several that stood out as being pretty bad. I was not a big fan of Facade (waaaay filler), Devoted (except for the Chloe-cheerleader part which was hilarious), Spell (bleah), and Bound (too much yuck factor for me). OH, and the ridiculous Ageless, of course.

I enjoyed all episodes myself. Whenever we get a happy proactive Clark I think it's a good thing and for 3 of those 4 episodes he was both and in Sacred he was very proactive while not miserable/depressed/mopey.

On a show that to often seems to want to delve into angsty, dark depressing Drama it's nice to get a few episodes that you see Clark living a normal well adjusted life where he does heroic stuff and can actually feel good about it with minimal or no hangups. All that being said I generally enjoy the show when it has a much lighter tone to it that puts Clark in a positive light(Season 4, 1 and the first half of Season 8 are my favs in that reguard)

Sacred is the one that suprised me because for the most part I hated the witch Lana storyline but if you for one episode disreguard the whole storyline of it and imagine for whatever reason Lana gets possessed it's entertaining.

I guess I would have to say my least favorite episode was Lucy.

Ageless seems to get spat on a lot, but I feel that episode contains some of the most fun and congenial interactions between Clark and Lana. I really enjoyed their interaction in the episodes Sacred, Spirit, and Blank as well.

Ageless totally agree on that one, somehow Lucy becomes more enjoyable upon repeat viewings but didn't like it much at first.

Crusade was great, also loved Unsafe, Spell and Sacred, Recruit and Krypto. It doesn't seem like you liked a lot of season 4.
